I was hesitant to walk in looks kind of run down even the inside looks dirty and trashed. NO ROCHES YET. The host so far has been ok no the friendliest but had worse.
I ordered beef and broccoli lunch special comes with fried rice and egg roll or soup. Be honest little hesitant but let’s see how food taste.

Beef and broccoli flavor was ok. Sauce tasted little burned.

This place was a big disappointment. So when I first came in, it was a little busy because i believe they combined imperial garden with thai thai? So i was expecting good things from thai thai of course because a friend told me. So we get seated and we ordered, the waitress was little off since they haven’t learned the new menu yet, so that’s fine. I get it. But the disappointment was the food. What I ordered was called the Yum Mama, and it was far from yummy. Basically it look like they took the ramen from a brand called “MAMA” and put it on my plate and decorated it with shrimp and lettuce. Oh and by chance did I tell you the shrimp was undercooked? That’s not even the best part, the best was that they charged me $9.49 for a dish that’s less than $3 dollars. I would highly recommend going to another place. But side note the thai tea was good but I still don’t think that would even be worth it.

Disgusting!!! Best part of our meal was our can of soda! It smells nasty and tastes nasty. McDonald’s would’ve give us a way better meal for 36 dollars. Don’t go there that food got us sick. The sweet and sour sauce was a weird color and had a horrible taste i almost vomited everything. We had to throw everything away! This people should not be in the restaurant business they can really get someone very sick! Also they’re stealing our hard working money.

So my family and I come in and get greeted with a scowl from the host for taking a look at a menu that was laying open on the counter, because I had never been here before. We get seated and we wait around 20 minutes for someone to notice we where there. We get our drinks and my ice had food and lettuce in it so I had to send it back. I personally do not like having to send thing back. Then we go to the buffet and the food is cold so we informed them very politely. We get more ugly looks and the host proceeds to go to the buffet table and touch the bottoms of each container to see if they are hot staring at us the whole time. Then she tell other customers what she was doing and why and they proceed to talk down about my family and I and scowl at us while we are trying to enjoy a lunch together as a family. I do feel bad about leaving this but the way my family and I where treated when we used kindness and our best manners, was highly uncalled for. We will not be returning due to the way we where treated.

Usually I like this place for their egg drop soup but today it was terrible. We also got the buffet and it was so bland. Nothing tasted right and my girlfriend found a huge piece of metal in her food. The Lo mein, fried rice, lemon chicken, vegetables, and fruit is what we had. I wouldn’t be surprised if the buffet is everything the couldn’t sell the day or week prior because it sure tasted like it. I feel like the other good reviews are fake

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife and I went there to eat and we ordered hot and sour soup, and it was terrible. It was very sweet which is uncommon for hot and sour soup. We also ordered pepper steak and an eggroll. The pepper steak was very chewy and very hard to eat. When we brought it up to the waiters attention, She said she would let the manager know. The manager got the owner involved and the owner proceeded to say he had been in business for 27 years and never had a complaint. Yes we all know is false if you look at the reviews on Facebook and the reviews on Google. He then went to say they will give us 10% off since we already ordered the food and took one bite of our food. After we turn down his negotiation he then said he would give us 15% off our meal again because we ordered the food and we took one bite. After a long discussion the Manager decided to say he would end up calling the authorities if you have to. I then said maybe they’ll be a good idea. He went to the owner and said who wants to call the authorities. The owner screamed and said just get them out of here. The ending result we didn’t have to pay for our food, we’re no longer welcome to the store, and we basically got kicked out of IMPERIAL GARDEN. Never eat here guys this place is terrible.

I wasn’t expecting much, and was still disappointed! First of all I went to pick up a carry-out order and I asked for a drink to take, and the guy told me they didn’t have to go cups, which was fine. Then they forgot my soup (and they are completely dead, so it shouldn’t have been hard to forget) so I then go back to get my soup and guess what!? They come in to go cups! Awesome! Thank you for your wonderful customer service Imperial Garden! It was my first time there and will be my last, and the food sucked by the way!
P.S. This may not be a surprise, but I’m about 99.9% sure half of the reviews on here are fake to make it seem better, or it was a lot better five years ago! Don’t make the same mistake as me!

I really hate to leave this place a bad review because I’ve been coming to Imperial Garden for more than 15 years. But I can’t in good conscience keep this to myself
On Oct 9th we dined at Imperial Garden. While eating our dinner we had two roaches crawl across the wall and on our table. We dismissed it as an anomaly because we have been coming here for years and never saw one before. Then my nephew found a roach in his food. This was the last straw. I took the plate to the waitress who showed it to the older woman who probably owns the place. We had already paid and they tried to offer a 25% discount if we returned. We turned them down. They gave us $10 and said they couldn’t refund our money because the credit card system wouldn’t allow it. I don’t know how the system works but I highly doubt that to be the case.
As I said, we loved Imperial, but we will NOT be coming back to this place. I’m going to miss their food but I’ll be going elsewhere for my Chinese food

The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. My low rating is due to hard rock music playing. If you go to an Asian restaurant hearing soft music can be titillating. Hard rock? Nirvana? Pleeease. There is a time for everything and I won’t be back with hard rock playing along with occasional commercials. I noticed all the staff were 20 something. Not good for a dining place.

I love Asian/Chinese food and though they have a nice/pleasant staff; their food pricing vs quantity is not worth it. I originally had them a few time in 2015 & 2016, but was quickly moved to Asian Garden because of the food quality. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoyed the food, just found a better place for nicer portions & Price.
