I’ve been ordering from this location for about 2 years now, and the service has slacked lacked over the past few months. This takes the cake. I’ve called this location about my orders and it’s been pushed to the side and they deliver when they feel like it. Last night the driver tried to deliver my order to someone else when My address clearly states mine. That’s not what did it, I go to heat my pizza up in the air fryer and when I pull it out there is a hair in my food with the follicle still attached.. what in the world, I fed this to my children… Instant disgusted!!!

Y’all, I am more mad at myself for continuing to get food / deliveries from Domino’s in Childersburg!! I have just received an order of the world’s smallest wings (literally no longer than my pointer finger) !! Every single one was so small that it made me more hungry to eat them. There have been so many issues with our deliveries, but yet we just keep coming back… I wish there was a good quality pizza / wing place around this area. I can count on one hand how many reviews I write, but I am writing this one because the quality just continues to diminish. Several times of the delivery driver smelling “higher” than their prices. I wouldn’t even mention this, to each there own, until it effects others negatively. I genuinely hope they try to take pride in their work, as I am tired of tipping drivers who deliver bad food and incomplete orders before the order is received. Sorry for the rant, but facts is facts.

Placed an order for delivery. As soon as I placed the order I began to call the store about adding something on to something I ordered, I called several times for over a minute each with no answer. Finally about 10 minutes later I get an answer and I explained that I had been calling since I placed the order and explained what I wanted to add, the employee then says the order was already in the oven and they were sorry. But had the phone been answered my order would not have been in the oven and would have been made correctly. The least that could’ve been done was remaking the one item seeing as how their ignoring the phone is the reason to my order not being what I want. I work in the food industry I always make sure my customers orders are exactly what they want because that’s quite literally what is being paid for.

my boyfriend ordered a pizza for us to eat for dinner and we went to pick it up, went home and got ready to eat. i picked up a piece of pizza and took a bite, it was really good and i went to take another bite and i looked down and there was a fly cooked into that slice of pizza. so i called the store and told them about the situation in a nice way and they didn’t even care at all that there was a fly cooked into the pizza, all they said is ok we’ll remake it and had an attitude while talking to me. the fly isn’t the problem here, it’s how they handled it and didn’t care at all.

On July 27th my teens were home and I placed an order with Childersburg Dominos, the driver said he tried to call twice due to no contact he left. I can show my call log that I got no call. When we called to inquire about it, they said they could refund it or we could come get it. I told them they don’t drive & I would reorder it.

“Customer unavailable or incorrect address: If the delivery driver cannot find your address or is unable to contact you, your order may be marked as undeliverable. Domino’s will usually attempt to reach you by phone or text before cancelling the order. If the order was prepaid, you may need to contact customer support to discuss a refund or re-delivery options.”*****
Once I reordered it a lady called & rudely informed me they would not be bringing the order & would cancel the new order because no one took the first order. I tried to explain we do contactless & I got no calls. That these were teens who didn’t drive so they couldn’t pick it up. I also tried to explain to her that I am a very loyal customer. (So loyal that I’m embarrassed to say what I spend a month at this location.) The drivers pet our cat & they bring my teens suckers, because in their words “our house tips so well”. She didn’t care. This is the only issue of this kind we have ever had. We have been very understanding in the past if THEIR mix ups of bringing the wrong order, missing items and so on.
After speaking with corporate they said this is a local owned store and they sent the complaint back to them. I’m extremely sad this happened, we now door dash pizza from other places.

I left a great review two years ago, and I am back to leave another and hopefully post another picture! (Google won’t let me upload, but please trust me, it was beautiful!) After having a slight issue with an order several weeks ago, the manager, William, recooked my order and made everything right. We spent that time chatting while he was running around the kitchen preparing orders. 🙂 Today, I ordered Create Your Own Pasta; mine was alfredo, premium chicken, and spinach. It was wonderful! There was plenty of chicken and the perfect amount of sauce, and the noodles were cooked perfectly, too! Thank you, William! You’re doing a great job!

I swear the man was RUNNING!
When I saw the business owner literally running around downtown to deliver orders, I just knew that was going to be a great meal! I swear, he was really running! Not driving, not walking, the man was running. I HAD to order from them. In fact, everyone in our offices has ordered from them now, and all of the food has been fantastic. The meal is always hot, cooked well, and so VERY tasty! Mouth watering pizza, soul stirring parmesan bread bites, and cinnamon twists that will make your eyes roll! Also, try the chicken with the roasted tomatoes and bacon grilled on top; it was a fresh take on pizza delivery. I’ve heard that the owners of this new store are already very active in our community, which is another great reason to support them. So RUN! Don’t WALK! Run to the phone, computer, or drive thru and order from this Domino’s Pizza now. You’ll thank me for it later!
