I’ll save you the headache and money. Don’t go here. Waited over 15 minutes for two small tacos. I said no pico but they also put no cilantro or onions. They were disgusting looking and I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog. Order was wrong- supposed to be one pork. They charge. 75 cents extra for carne asada even though the board says 25 cents extra. The meat was over half fat pieces. Like they were pathetic. Took them back, got a refund, the girls were nice when I took them back, not their fault. But just gross. Then I had no time before and appointment to get more food. I’ve just had so many bad experiences here over the years. Some mediocre. Never wonderful or awesome food. I’m done at this point, only reason I tried was because last brasas was closed.

I tried their breakfast burrito, it should be a simple thing to do well for any Mexican food truck.
Quite frankly, it wasn’t good. It wasn’t a breakfast burrito, it was a mushy potato burrito. Almost no eggs, cheese, pico, or bacon. Maverick’s breakfast burrito is better and cheaper, which is sad.

Quality has gotten worse and price is going up a lot. Nasty fatty large pieces in my burrito, the food is not what it was even a year or more ago, just did not enjoy the burrito. The location on best Ave doesn’t have this issue, their quality is great, never disliked even a single burrito. I’m done with the prairie location, especially with the lower food quality and higher prices.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. And this really isn’t one, but I can’t give more stars. I had a steak breakfast burrito. It was hot and had a good size to it. But lacked any sort of seasoning and flavor. If there was green sauce, it was impossible to pick out. Salsa was tomato water and the meat was bland.
Again, if you’re looking for a place with nice people and a plain burrito to fill your stomach, you’re in the right place. But if you want something that resembles latin flavor, maybe check out another spot.

I love, love the breakfast burritos! Someday I’ll branch out and try something else, but why? So good! They make it fresh so there’s a bit of a wait. Worth it! You can call ahead, but I haven’t done that yet. Very friendly!

(For ATHOL since they deleted their google page) Used to eat here all the time when they first opened and was HAPPY when I did. Now their food is literally double the price and seems the meat quality went down. NOT worth it for the money anymore. I refuse to go back. It’s a bummer.
