I went to Taqueria Lopez about 45 minutes before closing and ordered the fajita plate. The restaurant was very clean, and the server was friendly, polite, and knew the menu well. The food was outstanding. The fajita was real, high-quality fajita meat not the processed kind some places serve. The flavor and quality completely blew me away. The rice was fresh and hot, not cold or reheated. Everything tasted top-notch. I can’t stress enough how good the quality and taste of the food were. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Wish I had taken more photos but I was too into my meal. I had ordered the Burrito with Bistek & Pastor w/ the Papa Preparada as shown in the photo. Our waitress Mariana was very helpful and nice. Can’t wait to bring my wife next. Felt good to help our local business!

I like this place, the menu is nice and the servers are too. The food that comes out can be a bit inconsistent though. I’ve never had anything that tastes bad, but sometimes it’s a bit clear that quality control wasn’t performed.

Taqueria Lopez count your days y’all gave me hard lunches and said they were good. So y’all touched my food and proceeded to say it wasn’t and I couldn’t get an order of tacos instead you still wanted me to eat them after two of you touched my food. I didn’t even want anything free just some taco’s. Then you say don’t pay for nothing just leave… Worst service I’ve ever had in Raymondville.. I do not recommend this establishment!!

Absolutely the best menudo I’ve had on a while. They were busy, so it was a 30 minute wait for menudo and a burrito. The only suggestion for the cook is to cut the tripas into smaller pieces. Had to take out each chunk and cut it into about 3 pieces. I was delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A nice little spot for Mexican food, breakfast plates, tacos, and with some of the biggest pancakes I’ve seen in the valley. They also have hamburger and steak on the menu. Come when you’re not in a hurry cause the locals are there first. The breakfast was very tasty and we’ll definitely be back.
