This was extremely disappointing- I’ve had mountain mikes before but This is an awful location and the price is absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a KIDS pizza for $12.98. The pizza itself was extremely tiny and undercooked! Literally the dough was raw in the middle. My 5 year old ate one piece.

Pizza is never EVER EVER ready when they say it will be. We order in an hour ahead of time, pay online, show up when they say it will be ready and it’s always ALWAYS a 10 to 15 minute wait once we get there. Really no excuse because the place is always empty.

Great customer service from a young man working the front.. super polite. Pizza was perfect with all the toppings I wanted. Ordered a beer while I waited for my food but the food came out faster than I could finish it.

This is location happened to be on the way home from my son’s karate classes. Used my points/rewards that I’ve collected over the last couple of months. Pretty much zeroed out my bill for a XL pizza, wings, and 1 2 liter soda. Total of $70. (Already a crazy amount.)
I went to go pick it up and got shamed by an employee, older Indian man who I assume is the owner. He snickered, shook his head, and was obviating disgusted by something. So I asked him if he’s ok, is there something wrong. Then he goes on about how I collected all these points, why I purchase else where but claim the points here. I was so thrown off, but I collected the order and walked out. No professionalism. He had a chance to explain it in a kind way, how the rewards hurt his location. But something tells me he would have had no problem if it was the other way around.
Take your money, take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks on my 1 hour lunch break. Was told 15 minutes my pizza would be ready, 55 minutes later I had 5 minutes to eat what I could. Pizza looked good tasted good, but no sauce. Breadsticks cost $5.99, add cheese $6.99. The breadsticks were only covered 1/3 with cheese.

Be Aware! Unfortunately I recently moved here and this is the only mountains mike’s pizza nearby. I would give a zero star if I could, because the costumer service is zero. The owner talked to me rudely when I was trying to use a coupon. And He literally mentioned that he would go out of business if he was going to allow using coupons. I told him then why he doesn’t fix it so I won’t waste my coupon by going there so I could go somewhere else and he rejected answering my request. Now I can’t use my coupon and he didn’t even solve my problem. So please don’t waste your time and try to go to a different mountain mike’s location where they respect their costumers and their rights.

Been gone for two years in the military. They absolutely destroyed this place almost nothing remains. Gone is the arcade and football memorabilia. The prices have ramped up so much. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat here now I can’t bear the thought of eating in the sterile corporate ashes of what I remembered.
