DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I ate from this place last night and woke up throwing up, I’m not even exaggerating a little bit. The very first thing I did when I opened my eyes was start violently puking..went to urgent care and it was confirmed food poisoning. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENES WHEN YOU DONT CLEAN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! I had no idea that doordash placed the order through this location.. if I had known I wouldn’t have ordered at all. This is the worst I’ve felt in YEARS..I would rather catch covid again then experience this level of hell. Avoid at ALL costs! Find a better location at least…save yourself from not being able to be more than 6 feet from a toilet.

Wooooow..I’ve never been anywhere with worse customer service than this. The ONLY saving grace is that the pizza is actually pretty good, I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell it’s little Caesars..so at least that’s good?
My friend was trying to pick up his order, had several people step in front of him and take his place.. the workers wouldn’t really even talk to him when he was just trying to give the order name, and they basically cracked the joke is his expense right in front of his face. How is this okay at all? Why are y’all wearing pajamas? Why is the store so dirty? And why did y’all say “that’s not our concern” when he tried calling to voice what happened? It absolutely IS your concern, y’all work here. Why would you want to act like that, is repeat business not something desired? Is treating people with respect too difficult?

UPDATE: called them to express my concern, to say I didn’t appreciate being laughed at. When I got to the end he just goes “huh?”. I asked if he even heard anything I said and he’s like “yea, but it doesn’t concern me.” Bro, you are not a manager and if you are..this place is gonna continue to be crap.
This is hands down the worst location to go to. I didn’t believe some of the reviews before going to pick up at this location. The workers are all in what seems like pajamas, the place is dirty..like no one cleans throughout the day? People will walk in and stand in front of you and the workers will just go ahead and let that happen..and for someone with bad social anxiety, that sucks. The don’t even toss your wings, I had to do that myself which is pretty stupid. They just poured the sauce on them and handed it over. Like bro..is it really THAT hard to shake up the container, why am I doing part of your job FOR you? They don’t talk to you, they’ll laugh and talk to each other right in front of you while you’re trying to speak. “Security guaaaard hahaha” right in front of my face because I was wearing my uniform. Wasn’t said to ME, it was said to the dudes coworker like I suddenly became the punchline to some dumb joke. Find another location that has people who will at the very least actually help customers.

I ordered crazy bread with my pizzas and this is what I got. I didn’t have any parmesean cheese on it so this pic is after I went back in an asked for them to put some on it. They were rude about it even though the bread only had butter on it. Never again will I buy crazy bread. Also the staff is unprofessional and very rude. Last time coming there. I come into pick up an order and they have one person on a phone talking to someone while she’s looking for my order she then proceeds to ask me 8 more times then she sends someone else over she then proceeds to ask me the name of the order three more times and still gets it wrong then I put my phone up to the glass so she can just read it. She then tells me to stop w an attitude when In all entirely she needs to stop acting high. And none of them wear hair nets when cooking clocked that when I watched them look for an order they couldn’t find. This place is beyond gross and unprofessional. Will never come back. Didn’t even get my order just left. This was the lady below who decided to get an attitude atleast the First Lady did not have the nerve to keep asking the name and then act like I have an attitude or make accusations towards me I was annoyed yes but I didn’t say crap but show her my phone.

Customer Service has gone downhill. I used to tip this restaurant in advance for their excellent service and things just aren’t the way they used to be. Items are missing from my order more frequently which was usually never an issue in the past. Also they don’t put my orders in the mobile portal anymore. I used to love just using a code and get my pizza I ordered so I don’t have to wait in line for the cashier.
