I had high expectations ordering online here due to the area of it’s location. Wasn’t bad. A tad bit on the dry side. The ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was prepared correctly by following my “special instructions”, so I certainly appreciated that. Oh, and the order was ready very quickly!
I took away points from the atmosphere rating because the place was overwhelmed by a large group of unruly teens. My intent was to enjoy my lunch break inside of the restaurant, but after seeing and hearing the group of kids, I gladly took my order to the car.

This is my fav subway location and on this visit the pretty female staff was particularly efficient and attentive as I had some special requests that cannot be communicate on the online order. And she fulfilled them marvelously.
There are many different sandwich shops but with BOGO offer at Subway that always makes it a irresistible deal.

This Las Vegas valley Subway is located in Summerlin near Red Rock Casino. With it being very close to an old home of mine, I frequently stopped in here to grab a sub or a wrap. In all visits, I received swift help and fresh, tasty food. Check out their newest menu items if you haven’t tried Subway in a while.

I am posting 1 star due to customer service. “EV” was combative and extremely rude after she was made aware that she made a BLT sandwich incorrectly and did not add lettuce or tomato. When I called the store she began yelling at me telling me it’s the customers responsibility to tell her what to put on a sandwich but she was told because a BLT has lettuce and tomato…. She then got mad and did not suggest making it correctly and told me to contact the manager and then hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I paid for a sandwich and never got what I ordered and I can’t even eat the sandwich she made because it’s simply bread and bacon with mayo. I am saddened how bad customer service is and how uneducated the employees making the sandwiches actually are. Waste of money and I would go to a different subway and order from someone that actually knows their job and what they are making. Besides her nasty, rude, non helpful attitude over the phone I hope the owner realizes that she is a liability and this will be posted everywhere!

Very clean store and employees. I appreciate seeing the employees wash their hands and put on new gloves before taking the next person in line. Ingredients were fresh and service was quick but not rushed.

I arrived early in the morning, and I was pleased to find a friendly server, a clean environment, and well made sandwiches. I definitely plan to return again in the future.
