Took my wife here for her 1st time.
After hearing all week she wanted a big juicy burger.
Ordered her double cheeseburger.
Needless to say, she was definitely impressed with her food.
The crew was friendly polite and fast with taking of our order.

This was my first time going to Five guys and since it was the second day that this location was open I expected a bit of wait. Even though the restaurant was packed the line moved very quickly and I was able to place my order within a few minutes of walking in. After placing my order I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. I could watch the food being prepared and all of the workers were working very efficiently and making burgers non-stop. It took about 15 minutes for me to receive my food and it was only that long because there were so many people ahead of me.
Some of the highlights were the helpful staff, clean restaurant, fresh food, free peanuts, and a large variety of toppings for the burgers and milkshakes.
The downside for me was the price. I ordered two burgers and two small fries with no drinks and it cost over $30. The burgers and fries were good but they were nothing special. They do give a good amount of fries but for what I got the price did seem pretty high.
If you really like burgers or just want to try something other than another chicken restaurant I definitely recommend giving Five Guys a shot!!

Everything was going good until the fries. Cold and soggy. Just not even fit for a dog. Everything else was fine. Amazing how one detail at a $7 fry can ruin the entire meal and experience. This was to go. To return ‘the juice just wasn’t worth the squeeze’. I feel better posting this.

I eat Five Guys regularly, but usually in Lexington. I’ve been to this one twice, today being the 2ᴺᴰ time. The first time, my order was incorrect. Today, I was on break at work, so time was limited. The order is incorrect again, and I didn’t realize until I was back at work. I had enough time to go get it replaced though. I wish I hadn’t. It was hot garbage in a bag….. except the fries…. They were cold garbage in a bag. The grease dripped out of the bun!
Although Five Guys is expensive for burgers, it’s usually worth it to me. This time, it went in the garbage, both times they made it.
(I know it says “little fries”…. this was the size of a happy meal fries!) I guess it didn’t matter how many I had when they just got tossed anyway.
Next time I get five guys, it won’t be at this one…
I didn’t want to leave a poor review, and didn’t after the fist bad visit. I wouldn’t have this time either for making it incorrect, but taking two times to get it, and it still not being edible…..

Unfortunately, the promo that was being ran for their 40th birthday crashed their system both on the app and online. I was on their site for over an hour & half. By the time I finally got to order, the code said it didn’t work. When I went in to see if the cashier would make an exception, they said it had to be done online. I understand that, however, there should be a way to make exceptions when Five Guys app/website crashes. It was a good idea but poorly executed. Hopefully something will be done for any future promotions.

I ordered two hamburgers, two regular fries, and two regular drinks. All that for $39. I thought that was a bit pricey. The burgers were big and the fries were more than enough. I’d suggest one regular fry for two people and don’t forget they do have smaller burgers for the smaller of us.

In this area, you’re not going to find a better burger than Five Guys! The burgers were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and made just the way we ordered them. The toppings are always fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted—definitely a must-have. And don’t skip the milkshakes—they’re rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and well-kept. Five Guys continues to be a go-to spot when we’re craving a great burger and shake combo!

The crew working yesterday 4/25 around 4:45 p.m. were top notch employees! Specifically the lady working the register! We told her we had never been before & she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & professional! She acted like she loved her job and was happy to be there.. she was encouraging & uplifting to her entire work crew! If she’s not a manager, they need to make her one ASAP! All the food was wonderful, came out fresh & fast! We will definitely be back!

Never messed up my order not even once and we go here very often. People are always super nice and don’t look like lazy sloppy teenagers most fast food places hire these days. The bathroom is always clean which is a huge plus. My only complaint is that it is always FREEZING inside.
