Sign Smash’d Burger was seriously so good. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded my expectations. It definitely wasn’t your typical smash burger the way they melt jalapenos into the cheese, yum!
As someone who loves condiments, I really appreciated that they offer multiple sauces. Their signature burger sauce was incredible, and they also have ranch and ketchup of course if those are your go to’s. The signature fries were next level. They came topped with chunks of bacon and pepperoncinis, which added the perfect balance of salty, tangy, and crispy texture.
I’m gluten-free and was able to order my smash burger lettuce-wrapped with no problem. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and still felt indulgent without the bun.
And the cookies & cream shake? Absolutely hit the spot.
I would definitely recommend this place will be coming back again soon.

We were visiting from out of state and wanted to find the best burger and we found “Sign Smash Burgers” This is a unique burger place, the service here is amazing and they were very welcoming. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and I loved how crisp the meat was cooked. I would highly recommend anyone near Orange to come and grab a Smash Burger

Was very nice to find a halal smash burger spot. There’s a small parking lot that gets filled quick so it just depends on how busy the plaza is for a spot. The service was really lovely! Cashier was very nice. The food was ok. The regular fries were really good but the loaded fries weren’t the best. The burgers were ok— wait time was about 15 mins since it was so busy and the prices ($15+ for a triple smash meal) didn’t justify the quality. It was an ok burger but I wouldn’t pay for it again. It was just really really crispy to the point that the meat was hard to chew. The fries though— absolutely amazing and would get again. A few tables inside to sit and eat and no restroom.
Update 1/28/26:
Ordered a double burger meal for pickup and wow.. absolutely tasted like a different restaurant from my prior review. The burger was insanely delicious and juicy, no overcooked parts like last time. The fries were A1 per usual. Absolutely blown away by how delicious it was the second time around! Changing overall review from 3/5 to 4/5 stars.

Great halal smash burgers at a reasonable price! We enjoyed single and double patties, service was quick and they give you a refill for the drinks.
Big groups might struggle as space is limited but small groups should be fine.

This place just opened a few days ago and they are already a hit. The service was great. They explained something to me about the sauces. The inside was very nice. A little small, but very clean and cute.
The burgers were delicious. Juicy and cooked perfectly. Not wet or oily. The perfect size. I hate to say this but they were better than in & out. Best smash burger I have ever had. The fries were really delicious. I may have to try their smash fries next time.

The burgers were really good, the service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Prices are also very fair for a boutique burger spot. Atmosphere is overall very simple, could use some art of the walls but I’m not going to burger spots for the vibe.

Beef bacon is mediocre, has a similar flavor to pork bacon but less crunchy and more chewy (almost jerky). Sign Smash Burger is a true hidden gem. The menu is intentionally small, allowing the freshness and quality of the ingredients to truly shine. You can immediately tell they focus on doing a few things and doing them exceptionally well !! The restaurant itself is spotless, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger. If you appreciate real quality, simple flavors done right, and a place that clearly takes pride in every detail, Sign Smash Burger is absolutely worth a visit.

Bottom line tasty burgers. Really limited menu and small seating area with only one table of 4 seats, but the food was good. Fries were nothing special but ok at least. Fountain drink did have a free refill which is appreciated. Service was fast and kind. Burgers were not large but not tiny either. So as everything now, seems overpriced, but we would consider going again sometime because the burgers were good.

I recently visited sign burger on a Friday evening. The burgers were delicious—juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy, but the toppings on the loaded fries felt a bit scant for the price. Despite this, they were a great addition to the meal. The restaurant was quite busy, and we experienced a wait time of about 15 minutes after ordering to receive our food. Seating was a bit limited with how busy it was. However, parking was a major issue. The limited parking spots made it difficult to find a place to park, which was frustrating. Despite this, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit.
