I’m so glad my favorite sushi place opened near me! Tsukiyo Sushi is an absolute gem. The fish was incredibly fresh and the cuts were generous—you can really taste the quality. Everything came out beautifully presented. The rice-to-fish ratio was perfect, which is huge for me. If you’re in the Fountain Valley/Westminster area and craving solid sushi without the pretension, this is the place. Definitely coming back soon!!

Good quality, cant complain about anything I ordered. The price is average for a sushi restaurant and it’s a small cozy spot. There’s booth seating and they give kids the chopstick helper which is nice. My favorite was the tiger roll. The deal here is 50% off sushi which makes the 2 piece sushi about $4.50.

Albacore Crunch- it was a good combination w the albacore and spicy tuna. The fried onions were good.

A hidden gem with sushi quality well worth the price! Will definitely be back, I’m craving already just writing this review.
Quality of the fish is amazing. I’m not picky but I hate it when Salmon has a sea taste to it. Neither salmon or tuna had that after taste at all. Huge win (really hard to find places that don’t).
Sashimi Roll: so good! They even add cavier to our roll cause it was empty!
Rainbow Roll: huge pieces and a lot of fish!
Bento Box Special: the tempura , was to die for! Karaage was more breading than chicken so I would try something else.
Blue fin Tuna and Salmon Nigiri: must get. Thick fish pieces and they were 50% of!!
Service was on par with high end restaurants! They gave us a free miso soup since the bento came with one and my partner didn’t get one. Super attentive and always helpful!
Parking is a little small but easy to get. May have to walk a little bit down to get to the bigger lot!

Dai was better. This place bought them out, apparently. No pickled wasabi, such a bummer! And I thought the seared salmon was good, until I realized what I was tasting was butane or whatever chemical they used to torch the fish! Straight chemicals! It was okay, service was nice. Tuna crispy rice was ok…. You guys need some pickled wasabi on the menu.

Very good value for their lunch and dinner sets. Friendly and attentive staff, great appetizers. Yellowtail carpaccio was only like $15 for 5 decent sized pieces. Lunch set comes with 10 pieces of sushi, salad, and miso soup for only $25

After a long day at work, you just want something delicious that ends the day right. Let me tell you now, eating here was perfect. I ordered an unagi bowl, 2 pcs of salmon sushi, and hot green tea. The unagi bowl was phenomenal, and came with miso soup and salad. I highly recommend. The salmon sushi wasn’t as fresh tasting as I hoped it would be, but it was still delicious! There was no line, but the restaurant was still lively. A great place to eat!

I had a mad craving for soft shell crab and I saw this place offered it and I’m so glad I gave this place a try! The rolls are fresh, fried items crispy and not greasy and it was all reasonably priced for generous portions. I’m already looking forward to trying out other items on their menu.
