Reviewing just to let people know where this is because it was very hard to find – the chipotle is located on the main floor inside of Union Station. It is not on the food court floor, and it is not on the top floor. It is on the ground floor (the floor above the basement food court). It is not located inside of the of the hall where the Amtrak gates are, it is in the hall where you can exit towards Massachusetts Avenue.
If you are in the main hall and you see blue bottle coffee, you need to walk out behind blue bottle coffee like you’re going to exit the building, and you will find yourself in a hall with a big arching ceiling with gold details. Within that hall, you will find the chipotle to the right along with Shake shack, cava to exit on First Street

Okay so i took me and my two daughters here at nomas chipolte since we live in the area and my eldest daughter loves burritos tacos, all of that and once i went in front of the door you could tell that it was messy the counter was wet and it was rice and beans on the ground and it was empty around this time and my eldest wanted a burrtio my youngest wanted a burrito bowl and my daughter wanted cheese,beans,steak and tomatoes with corn and they gave her the smallest burrito i ever seen at chipolte like ive ordered a bunch of times at other places and they had a decent human size burrito but the burrito that they gave her, i would compare it to a travel size lotion size. Its just so disappointing because that was right after my daughters flag-football game.

Employees from a near by healthcare facility placed a catered order. When we arrived with a large cart to pick up the order, one of the associates by passed me and helped another person that came in after me. I said, excuse me, I’m here to pick up and order. After they gave me the order, we noticed we only had 10 napkins and the order was for over 20 people.I asked for more napkins and she was speaking in spanish with the napkins in her hand. She hesitatated to give is additional napkins? It is rude to speak another language in front of customers who do not speak the same language. She is not a good representation of this chipotle location. After we returned to our facility, we noticed the containers were not filled. This was also not a good representation of Chipotle..we arrived when they first opened at 11am and the food we recieved look like left overs.

I got chipotle yesterday from Union Station. 12/3/25 When I got back to my job, I started eating it and the chicken was burnt and very dry. I tried to call to tell the manager but I could not get in touch with the restaurant, so that’s when I decided to write this email. But that was the worst chipotle I ever had in my life, it was burnt where you could see the sear marks on the chicken and it was dry. I was disgusting as hell. I will never go there again.

Went in for a quick lunch and left feeling intimidated and uncomfortable. The male staff member making my food was muttering under his breath, looked angry, and created such a tense atmosphere that even his coworkers seemed uneasy around him. What should have been a simple order turned into a very unnecessary disturbing interaction.

I reported them to the food safety of DC. They served raw, uncooked meat. My son found this 6 inch long piece of cartilage and tissue. My husband then found a chunk of completely raw chicken. We got our money back and stopped eating it immediately, but someone is going to end up seriously ill.
