The other people complaining about the aggressive and unfriendly manager are being kind. Man was so rude for no reason left without placing order. He seems not to understand the basic premise of pretending to be civil to paying customers. There’s plenty of other places, well worth a few more minutes to go to a subway where paying customers are treated as such.

Very impressed. I work just up the road and I ordered online and went straight there. I didn’t expect it to be done when I went in, but sure enough, it was! There’s a guy who works there who I think has been there for a while and he’s really nice and apparently very fast and accurate. I worked at Subway in the past and have had plenty of crappy service in various Subways, so I can appreciate it when there’s actually employees that care about their jobs and customers.

Male staff member hid in the back when he saw me walk in. Female worker took a few minutes to notice and help. I ordered a subway club pro. She did NOT put double meat except for the beef. When I pointed it out she got an attitude and the male staff member finally made an appearance just to have a bad attitude and say “Ok bye!”
I go to Subways all over STL all the time and know what double meat looks like. Every other subway knows how to make a sandwich and I’ve never dealt with attitude from any other Subway either.
With poor attitudes like that I’m surprised they’re not McDonald’s employees.

Every time I’ve stopped at this subway to get lunch has been awesome. No matter how crowded it is, the owner is in charge and gets the line down quickly. Food is done professionally and has been good consecutively.

Believe it or not it’s just an ordinary Subway, right? The place where dorks like jerred go (sorry j-man. Don’t sue me). Actually I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff, who uses perfect ingredients. That first bite reminded me when they first opened (yes. When Jared weighed 450 lbs) and I was a kid again. I must say best subway sandwich I had in at least 25 years. I will be back!
