I had been wanting sushi for a while now, and when I came into this establishment today, I was NOT disappointed!!! I had ordered way too much food but it was all so good! I had two kinds of rolls, the cream cheese salmon roll and the hot night roll. The cream cheese salmon was so fresh and delicious! It wasn’t fishy tasting at all and had really good quality ingredients, I especially like the spicy mayo it had on it because it added an extra layer to the dish. The hot night roll was so warm and the cream cheese was so gooey and delicious. ( That roll is fried so it is supposed to be on the warmer side when freshly served.) The service was really good and the lady was so friendly and recalled all of my family’s orders correctly when she came to bring our food to us. Best “gas station” restaurant in history!! What a hidden gem!

We’ve had the pleasure of eating at Matsu several times and it never lets us down. We eaten quite a few items off their menu including Hibachi Entrees, I usually get the Jumbo Shrimp and my wife usually gets the steak. We’ve also had the House Lo Mein Noodles, Edamame, Crab Rangoon, Crab Love Jalapeños (so darn good!), Fried Dumplings, Hot and Sour Soup, and Sugar Donuts. We’d recommend everything we’ve had. Best Hibachi place in town!

Such a great place! The decor is cute, the staff are great and super nice, and the food is awesome. I got the salmon hibachi, and it came with a big salmon steak that was well cooked and seasoned. So tasty, and so affordable for salmon! My husband got the dragon roll and loved it. The prices are also super reasonable compared with other places that serve the same things (especially for the poké!). Also, Mandy is wonderful! Always a great experience!

Food was good and place is very nice. My only issue was it could be a bit cooler (AC) if you eat in.
Update..got very sick after getting home. Called and apparently they have msg in their sauces and use soy bean oil to cook. Not good if you have food sensitivity allergies to these. Just be aware if you do.

The atmosphere and service is great Very friendly staff. The food is wonderful. Especially for the price you pay! I also love that you can order online. We ordered a little bit of everything as far as the sushi rolls and loved every bit. I was super excited to see they had Miso Soup and it most definitely did not disappoint. 10/10 we will return again and suggest to others!

I was really impressed with both the food and the service here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The hibachi was delicious, and for the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. I especially liked that we could order online—it made things so convenient. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything was spot on. The Miso Soup was a nice surprise, really flavorful. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to and telling our friends about! 10/10 experience!
