I read other reviews ahead of time so I knew what to expect. Think it like a coffee shop but with better food. All the food is pre-made but it’s Wheatfields – it’s tasty. I had an egg salad sandwich and it was perfect. There is plenty of seating and the layout is bright and inviting – with a couple of caveats. First, there are no napkins to be found. You have to ask for them or get paper towels from the restroom. This probably explains why one restroom was *out* of paper towels. Second, they charge a couple bucks for a glass of water. Tap water and napkins should be free and readily available. The food is good; the staff efficient. Fix these couple things and it’ll be better.

Came for a gluten free Carmel roll. Got home and noticed it was all moldy. They made me come all the way back to get a refund. However, they only offered me a gift card when I arrived. I declined the gift card, as I don’t plan to purchase more moldy food. Reading previous reviews I see I’m not alone.

Horrible. Very disappointed in the food. Ordered chili and cornbread, the cornbread had a weird taste and had a brown coloring in the middle which is likely mold/rancid cornmeal. The chicken salad sandwich came off a shelf of prepared items which pre-prepared versus fresh which was also disappointing. It was also $2 for a cup of ice water. Employees didn’t even know what food items were when asked.

I stopped through the drive thru and ordered a piece of gluten free strawberry wedding cake.
Once I got home, I sat down to eat it and noticed the strawberry on top of the frosting had a little bit of fuzzy mold. I opened it up and saw that the strawberry frosting in the center was a weird color and also fuzzy and moldy.
I called the location to let them know so they could pull the other pieces of cake to avoid someone getting sick. He told me “It’s a tough time in the season for strawberries.”. He asked me to bring the cake back to him and he would refund me and give me a gift card.
I drove all the way back and he did not refund me for the cake. He only gave me a gift card for the exact amount that I paid for the cake… down to the penny.
I’m not wanting a hand out and I know mistakes happen but if you are going to request someone drive all the way back to your establishment to correct a mistake, you make it right with them.
I will eventually go back to use this gift card but after that, I will not return.

Stopped in for the first time to grab something sweet with a friend. I chose a piece of strawberry wedding cake that looked nice at first glance through the plastic container. However, once I got home and opened the container, I immediately noticed this was clearly an old piece of cake, as the strawberry filling seemed like it was an off color when I broke through the frosting. I started looking at it more closely and thats when I noticed the slice of strawberry on top was old as well and had a thin layer of fuzzy mold forming over the top of it. At this point I just threw the cake away and was completely turned off by the experience.
When we were making our way to buy our items, I had witnessed some flies sitting on the pastries that were out behind the display glass near the register, which had been off-putting enough in the moment, but I had brushed it off since bugs can slip in as customers go through the doors, and told myself it was probably nothing to be concerned about. I wish I had listened to my gut and taken a moment to look more closely at the cake I had picked off the shelf, or just put it back and passed on dessert all together.
I will not be returning.

I arrived in the drive thru at opening time and ordered several different items for a large group. My order was completed accurately in only a few minutes. The service was fast and friendly, prices were fair, and food quality was excellent. Highly recommend.

Here to report mold on muffins and hair in cake. How is that possible? Hindsight, dates should really be places on these containers. I plan to call tomorrow and inform management. Working in bakeries, muffins usually dont mold overnight. Given the reports of mold in the reviews, the health department should really look into this place before someone gets really sick.

We were very excited for this location to open, as we’ve always loved the One Pacific Place location. It is worth noting, however, that this is a very different model than the original restaurant!
This is not a restaurant. It is a bakery with a few tables and seats and a very limited brunch/lunch menu. We were instructed to warm up our own food using the microwave. We were also charged $2 for faucet water in a plastic cup.
I felt the prices (other than the water!) were fairly on point, but the options (even bakery options) are very limited. I will probably return to purchase bakery items in the future but will not return for a meal, and would not recommend this location for meals.
