Ordered online and was given a confirmed pickup time of 10:20 PM. The website accepted the order, took payment, and gave no indication there was any issue.
When I sent someone to pick it up, they were told the store closed at 10:00 PM, the pizzas were never made, and that I had been contacted and refunded.
While I did eventually see a refund after the fact, I received no communication whatsoever — no call, no text, no email, no notification. The first time I found out I wasn’t getting my food was when someone showed up and was turned away.
A refund without communication is not customer service. If you’re closed, don’t accept online orders. If there’s a problem, notify the customer before they waste their time.
This was a frustrating and poorly handled experience, especially late at night.

This is the absolute best Pizza Hut I’ve even been too. The pizza is fresh. The employees that waited on me today were so nice and friendly

I ordered the dinner box with two pizzas, bread sticks and boneless wings. They gave me raw wings. I called the store and began literally throwing up when I had to pass the phone to my daughter to continue the conversation with the store. The man there only offered a $10 credit. Like what is that going to do? I’m already big sick and now I may get even bigger sick because I swallowed one before realizing it. I knew the texture felt weird but foe some reason thought they were precooked. Wrong. It was not. I’m disgusted and our movie night is ruined.

It is either order or carry out. There are a few outside tables. We got to support our favorite charity by eating there! (They do promotional days where 20% can go to certain charities on certain days)
We came in, literally knowing nothing. We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut since we were kids, but the staff was very good about answering questions about both price and dietary restrictions, and being patient as we decided on our orders.
The price for what we wanted to eat was steeeep, but I remember all pizza being like that now-a-days. They do have deals, but it wasn’t what we wanted to eat, so that was that. Our total came to about $50.
We sat outside with our dog, and the staff was very sweet about it. Raul brought our order outside to us.
The pizza was surprisingly delicious with me saying “mmm mmm mmm mmm mm” the whole time, so yeah a good reason and way to splurge on some junk food.

The pizza here is fine. I’ve never had any bad experiences with the food. What irritates me to no end is the insistence that the folks at the counter have to open each pizza and show it to you. It doesn’t matter if you say it’s not necessary or that it’s going to make you angry…they insist that they have to do it. Once my pizza is in the box, I do NOT want someone else opening it until I get it HOME! Note: I am NOT blaming this on the employees…I’m sure they are just doing what they are ordered.

It’s doggie night out tonight at Pizza Hut. There are 3 of us here, besides my wife our keeper. We three like the cheese filled crust, dough, and pineapple Canadian bacon, as well as the 3 meat pizza. Doggies don’t care and love everything. But the Pizza Hut workers were also so nice, came out when they saw my big oof yellow lab spill the water bowl and volunteered filling it back up, then brought the food to us so I didn’t have to get up with the dogs. Then they pet both dogs a lot. Very nice. Big tip is to always take your good dogs with you to places that allow and people love you more, say hi, strike up conversations, and it helps the world get along better, plus the pouches love you more for it too and it spices up their lives too, in more ways than one!
