I love Cafetero, but they really need to improve how they package orders through DoorDash. It feels like they just place everything in a regular to-go bag instead of using packaging suited for delivery.
By the time my order arrived, half the coffee had spilled, and the rest had soaked through my food, leaving it all wet. I just hope they change the way they handle their packaging.

I did not have coffee here but I had a cool smoothie; I got to pick from the fruits that they had on the counter. I chose to mix mangoes with blueberries and it tasted good to me! My friend got another drink, I think a chai or something, which also tasted very balanced.
Plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere. I’m sure it would be a nice place to chill and get some work done.

Never leave here disappointed. Been going to Cafetero for about 2 years now. Always a great customer service experience. Every barista (is baristo a thing?) has been such a pleasure to deal with. Sofia, Daniela, Leo, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew are always on point, attentive, kind, and thorough. Worth noting Ive only been to the one in the lobby of the Modera building. Can’t speak to the location at the train station but have no reason to believe the experience would be different

If I could give 6 stars I would..This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop in all of New Rochelle, NY. Quality food & drinks, service is great and one of the main reasons I really love this place is the vibes that this place emits. I hope this place branches out to many more locations throughout New York and I will surely continue to recommend it.

The inside is very spacious and lots of good seating for working on a laptop, meeting with friends, etc. Thing to know: it is in the lower level of a very nice apartment complex, so access to a bathroom is a little awkward if you don’t live there. The front desk guy, super nice, has to let you back through a locked door to get to the bathroom. The cafe itself is comfortable. I don’t think I’ll come back to this one, just as the bathroom isn’t accessible and the large iced strawberry matcha I got was $10 with $1 tip. The service was great and I felt comfortable here, just a little awkward to go if you don’t have access to the apartment complex as a tenant.

Really great service. The guy took his time helping me figure out what to order, even though he barely spoke English. He was extremely tentative and helped me pick out a chicken empanada. I usually don’t go for chicken empanadas, but he seemed adamant that it was good. lo and behold when I tried it – it was so great. I wish I actually got more of them. Definitely will be coming back for that.
The coffee was strong and made well, I love when I go somewhere and they actually have a really good quality coffee. I actually feel energized from that cup and that’s coming from somebody with a very high caffeine tolerance. I got a vanilla latte made with almond milk in the large size with ice. And I Finished it. Those who know, know.
The atmosphere was so peaceful. I am really shocked that a place like this is even located in New Rochelle.I felt so serene. I go to a lot of different cafés all over the world, it’s kind of my thing, and this one is going to go ahead and just take top five.
Comfortable seating, plenty of seating, lots of outlets, fast, and free Wi-Fi, plentiful parking in the area, clean and tables are well attended to. Looks like they also had some outdoor seating but I didn’t take a look.
I didn’t have to wear headphones either. I was there to work on a document and it was quiet on a Saturday at 2pm. the moody house music was perfect I almost asked for the playlist.
This place will be seeing me.

This place is a couple blocks from my Aunts residence! The style and warmth of the café is inviting! The cakes and other items to eat are AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back for more!

Love the vibe in here ! So clean and full of plants ! The espresso based drinks and teas were excellent. We shared a ham and cheese croissant and it was so light and flavorful. Will definitely be coming back.

They have a refined menu with the perfect atmosphere. You can spend the whole day here! Their coffee, matcha and herbal teas are absolutely delicious. Not to mention their pastries and food The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. I’m never going back to Starbucks; Cafetero is the one They’re must try if you’re in the area.

Came here while waiting for a train nearby and got to try out a few food items and drinks. The lattes were pretty good and the empanadas were solid, would definitely get one of those if you’re stopping by. The oatmeal was pretty watery so I’d pass on that if you’re coming here. They did forget one food item but a gentle reminder brought the item right out. I liked the vibe inside, there’s enough seats so you can have a private conversation without it being too loud. Would stop by again for drinks.
