Only one person working, serving a massive line. My pre-ordered $18 order wasn’t even ready when I arrived. They didn’t have the green waffle bowls for my Lucky Charms Over the Rainbow Creation, I did not see the gold glitter on my Sundae, and the Ice Cream itself was not green as in the picture but a grayish color. For making 35 minute drive just for this was very disappointing. He was very nice and helpful, that’s the only thing that made the trip any good at all.

Took my kids for the first time and they were shocked at how delicious the ice cream was. Staff were friendly. We went in the middle of the day so it was quiet, no line.

Ordered strawberries milkshakes and caramel frappuccino . In this hot weather that’s what we want. But asian lady took order and made was very rude and unfriendly. Atmosphere was very nice though.

We arrived at 8.30 tonight. There was a family of four behind us. Everyone who came in after that family was turned away. About 10–15 people. They tried turning away a little boy but the family of 4 left so he could get some ice cream. It was so uncomfortable to stand there in line for 30 mins and watch while everyone was getting turned away. Open until 9 means accepting customers until 9. Also to add insult to injury the customer in front of me was told he couldn’t get a signature creation because they were missing one ingredient. I spent about 10 minutes at the payment system figuring out how not to leave a tip. Every time I drive by I’ll be giving the coldstone in willow grove a huge thumbs down!

I went into the Willow Grove location with my 5 year old son. He had been asking for ice cream all day. We walked in at 8:40pm and the store doesn’t close until 9. We were immediately told we could not be served because the line would cause the 2 girls working to have to work past the 9pm close time. I asked them kindly if they could just help because my son only wanted a small scoop. They still told me they couldn’t serve us as my son started to cry. A family of 4 left so my son would be allowed to get in line because they felt so bad that the team wouldn’t let us get in.
It would be beneficial to both the team and customers to advise your employees they should allow customers to enter the store until closing OR close your store earlier.

We love this Cold Stone location—especially the peanut butter ice cream, which is always rich and delicious. The staff is quick and efficient, even when there’s a line. It’s our favorite treat spot for a sweet fix. Never disappoints.

From my experience ordering Uber Eats from this place a few times, it feels more like a “hobby” franchise than a “career” one. In other words, someone likely bought it hoping to make money but hasn’t put in the effort or pride needed to uphold the once great reputation of this brand. There’s always something missing from my order, and the food lacks the care and quality that made Cold Stone so great back in the day. The solution is simple: use proper portions, hire the right people, take pride in the product, and pay employees fairly.

My order wasnt great at all. Milkshakes were too thick and had to request whipped cream. They also weren’t labeled. Despite ordering three different flavors, we werent able to taste the difference.

We’re happy customers. We got a Chocolate Milkshake, a Banana ice cream & a plain Mint ice cream(without the chips). All three flavors are genuinely some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. For certain we’ll be returning to ColdStone. ..Especially for another Chocolate Milkshake ᵕ̈ [sincerely the best Chocolate Milkshake I’ve had in a very long time]. I absolutely recommend.

Wasn’t the greatest of all cold stone visit. Usually, compare to other shop like Franklin fountain, cold stone give you a lot of ice cream and you wouldn’t worry about the price but this time feel different, wasn’t sure if it is because my cup feel half filled or was it perhaps tie to the way they setup their tips amount screen…. They programmed their credit card payment tips default to be 15%+ with no options for no tips . While custom tips amount is there but it doesn’t help to press 15% to be lazy and then question yourself does a mediocre ice cream place visit worth tipping when you already paid premium for it…
