Went and ordered Mac and cheese and 3 chicken tenders and at first they forgot my tenders then I go back to get the tenders and they give me 3 halves. One of them legit looks like a bite was taken out of it. This is disgusting. Why are people like this. Then they wanted to argue with my son about it saying we ate them and just wanted more? lol okay!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Bet I don’t shop here no more.

I frequent Wawas all across central Florida as I will typically choose Wawa for fuel and/or drinks. I typically appreciate Wawa being a safe and clean option for me. This time the cashier, Brenda, was beyond rude. She kept saying “NEXT” with a nasty tone to me while I was waiting for the self checkout. Fine I’ll go to her instead checking myself out. When I get to her, she snatches my items from me and throws them in a bag as she mutters under her breath.
Brenda has no business being in a customer service role. I wouldn’t hire her to run a lemonade stand with her terrible attitude.

I don’t know about anyone else but I honestly feel Wawa has better sandwiches then Subways. I’d rather come here to grab some food then pay over $30 at Subways. Plus the small or medium sized Mac and Cheese is huge. Just punch it up on the menu screen, get your ticket, and a few mins later your food is ready to roll. I hope they start building more Wawas around here because 7-11 and Circle K is garbage. Just wish the place was a little cleaner inside. The workers are pretty friendly so it makes up for a lot.

This was just an all-out ODD experience!!! When I ordered my free salad online, I just wanted my dressing put on the salad and not in a cup. So I asked the blonde haired lady to do so since every single wawa I go to has no problem doing so. She informs me that they put it in a cup. Or maybe she just didn’t want to do it. That’s when things get weird. She tells me to go stand somewhere else while she makes my salad. Because me standing there watching her make it made her feel uncomfortable. Like, really, what you gonna do to my food you don’t want me to see?? Everyone in the store can see you making it. She is definitely not fit for this job if her insecurities are someone watching her make their food. And who does she think she is telling folks where to stand? Her customer service skills need to be checked and reminded who makes her paychecks. She was so uncomfortable that she had to ask another lady in the kitchen to finish making the salad. PATHETIC!!! I did end up with a great salad from the other lady. But all the drama was really UNNECESSARY!!! PERIOD

The staff member I interacted with was very rude and appeared upset. She came across as unprofessional and lacked basic people skills. I always try to be polite by saying ‘yes ma’am’ or ‘yes sir,’ but her attitude made it difficult. Customer service should be about respect and courtesy, and I didn’t feel that here

This is the only gas station that I’ve seen thus far that offers gloves on the side of the gas pump. They are at every Wawa station. They also are one of the only gas stations that have their pastries individually packed, and they have multiple ways of delivery and takeout for their sandwiches and other Foods.
