Went to Jimmy John’s at 8:50 pm to get supper before work, I could see 3-4 employees inside and there were cars in the parking lot. When I went to the drive-through to place an order I was ignored and ended up leaving after waiting several minutes for service. This store is usually good about being open until 9 (as advertised) so I hope this isn’t going to be the new norm.

I’ve been a regular at this Jimmy John’s for a while now, and they truly set the standard for what a “neighborhood spot” should be.
First off, the store is always spotless. It’s clear the team takes pride in the environment, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently prompt and friendly. You’re greeted the second you walk in, and they get through the line with impressive speed without ever making you feel rushed.
What really sets this location apart, though, is the management. They work incredibly hard to ensure every guest feels taken care of. I’ve actually had a couple of instances where a mistake was made on an order due to my own oversight, and the management handled it with so much grace. Instead of just pointing out the error, they went out of their way to fix it and make sure I left satisfied.
It’s rare to find a place that treats you this well even when you’re the one who messed up the order! If you want a quick, fresh meal and a team that actually cares about your experience, this is the place to go.

I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, but the last 2 times I’ve gone to this location I’ve been met with a very rude worker. She has thick eyeliner and gives me a lot of attitude regardless of how nice I am. It really ruins my experience here.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I personally would want to read this before ordering from here. I placed an order at 12:40. I live 3 minutes away, so I normally would drive to pick it up, but I’m home with sick little kids who were napping. At 12:59, I get a notification that an Uber driver is going to bring my food, which I thought was weird. At 1:20, still no food, and when I look it says the estimated delivery time isn’t until 1:35, so I call. I was told that they were still waiting for the driver to show up. When I asked if my food had just been sitting out the whole time, she hesitated and said yes. I asked for it the order to be voided. She went and talked to her manager and said they would be able to void it. I’ll be checking my bank account to see if I do actually get charged for the order since I ordered through the app. It was obviously frustrating, especially since they would have sent food that had been sitting out for an hour if I hadn’t called.
Also, I got a notification at 1:51 that the uber driver had picked up the food. So, it would have been well over an hour before it arrived.

Ordered delivery through Jimmy John’s. Received order when I opened it did not get right order, lettuce was brown and tomato’s were mushy. Put everything back in the bag called and talked to the shift manager who stated she couldn’t refund it over the phone or deliver new food since they are using Uber, driver never showed up for them. I said that was fine I was sick I would drive the food back over I just wanted a refund of all my food asked if that was okay she said yes as they can’t just refund one sandwich. Drove the food back over, when I get there she said sorry I can’t refund any of it. When asked why she said they are using Uber for the orders, again not my problem since I ordered through the Jimmy John’s app. I left the food at the place and am disputing transaction with bank. Manager was called while I was there was too busy and stated wouldn’t be in until Monday and I would get a call and couldn’t give me a refund. Do yourself a favor go to hungry hobo or Jersey mikes I am now trying to get my $40 back. Will never be going back and I think this place everyone is thinking the same it was slow at dinner time.

This was a carry-out order. Observed clean public toilet while we waited. When we reached our destination, the order was 100% correct. The wrappers around the sandwiches were firm and tight. I like the way Jimmy John’s uses the branded decals to close the sandwiches. Excellent quality Big John and Hunter’s Club.

Placed order for delivery 1/19 6:30pm, 45 min later order tracker only showed order received. I called the store and was told there are four deliveries before mine with only one driver, it would be another 30 min- an hour( freaky fast¿ ). Asked employee on the phone if we could pick up order and was told that because we left a tip the order would have to be voided, refunded in 7-10 days, and that we would have to go back on our phone and place our order again. Very unsatisfying experience, I understand that you were busy but the offered solution was a bigger inconvenience than it could of been.. it also would of been nice to have been notified of the delay. Ended up going elsewhere for dinner due to the poor experience.

I’m only 3 miles away from the Bettendorf location it took 45 minutes to get my food not sure what happened or why other than the driver said they were switching drivers but they should have called me and/or given me free food because my bread was soggy and must have been sitting there waiting for someone to deliver it. They should have made fresh sandwiches and on top of all that I recieved the wrong order so within my 45 minutes wait I could have gone there gotten my food come back and eaten it by then. Very disappointing. Won’t use them again. I threw the food away It was that wet and soggy and not what I ordered.
