The location is great, always on time. Your app is absolutely awful. Little things like when I go to finalize my order and find the card I selected was expired in your system. Apparently there is no way to just go to the other card on file. I could only delete the order and start over. I can’t even find where to change my cards on file. Seems to be no menu option for that. I can add a card when placing the order, but that is it. Two stars on the app.

Would be nice if they could spead the ingredients around more evenly. Just went there like 3 days ago. The pizza is pictured frozen. The ingredients were like this when I picked it up. Also, the pizzas are getting more expensive… sill I love papa murpheys because of the good ingredients.

Murphys! Will definitely be coming back. I stopped by after a long day at work and was met with great customer service from 2 lovely ladies! My order was placed and made ready to go within 5-6 minutes. They brightened my day with their polite service and smiles! I enjoy the ability to add my own toppings, which include red and yellow bell peppers, turkey pepperoni, and all of the extra cheese I want. It bakes quickly. And, taste better than other pizza chain restaurants.

We pick up from this location fairly regularly, but this year on halloween, I’d made an online order in the morning for 3pm pickup and when I went to pick up, they were overwhelmed, and running behind. Despite the stressful situation, the employees and manager were so helpful and kind, and working incredibly hard. I waited maybe 15 minutes for them to make my order – no big deal at all. I fully expected them to be very busy! I wanted to give a big kudos to all the employees and the manager for going above and beyond and doing an amazing job. This location will continue to be my go-to for quick, and easy pizza nights at our house!

Halloween Jack-O-Lantern Pizza, arrive at 4:05p, staff overwhelmed, lines out the door, my order sent early this morning for a 2pm pick up not made.

Tried to order online as the store closes at 8pm and I would get there before then but the online ordering would not let me place an order. Tried calling the store, and with 20 minutes left to closing time, the employees would not answer the phone so I could place a pick up order. If you are open until 8pm, your employees should be answering g phones and accepting orders still. They do not need to bake them, so they should be quick. Very poor service that they will not answer their phones. I would have made it to the store before closing time l. Rated 1 star as it wouldn’t let me rate it 0. Do better.
