The sandwich was poorly put together as well as the manager explained to me this is a full portion. I can’t even find the chicken I paid for. It looks like a veggie sandwich on crumbly bread 12 bucks for this mess. I’m sure they don’t care but I WON’T visit this location again. I just wanted to share my experience.

Placed a mobile order today while I did some grocery shopping. The lady at the counter was very nice and my order was packed well. However when I got home all my sandwiches were missing the cheese and olives i ordered. All of them. I don’t know if they didn’t have any at the time or if they simply didn’t read the add ons. If it was the first option I wish she would have let me know so I could have replaced the cheese at least. Very disappointed as this location has never done this before.

The Mexican lady that works in there I just left has the worst attitude. She’s lucky she didn’t get cussed out. Find somewhere else to work on top of that. My sandwich is burnt everything I asked her to put on the sandwich. She had a damn attitude.

This place does not take the subway coupons that get send in the mail. So if you wanna use a coupon that subway sends you they will not take it. I asked the worker in the front why they won’t accept my coupon that SUBWAY send us in the mail they stated that the manager won’t take them and told them not to accept them. A rip off. Don’t go there if you have a coupon.

I’m giving the 3 stars simply because I ordered for delivery… I added prepping instructions and my order was still wrong… called the store and they advised I can write your name down but there isn’t anything more we can do! I paid $16 for a veggie delight!

We got some nice discount coupons in the mail the other day for Subway. We took the family there to eat and use the coupons. The girl said that they don’t accept coupons at all. The rude manager Spanish girl jumped in and said the same thing in a rude way. She said the stopped taking coupons a while ago. It said on the coupons that they were accepted at all metroplex locations. I go in there often and the Spanish manager girl has never ever smiled at me or anyone. Very unprofessional. This was at the Subway in Walmart at the Seagoville Texas location.

Yes it might be clean, but the food is not made like you ask it to be made. The churros you could not even buy into them they were so hard. And they never take any coupons that we walk in the door with none whatsoever! SAD! They’re lucky they got one star.

This subway is clean but it’s got random things in there. The bread is always so fresh. The people are nice. The only complaint I have is when ordering the beast and you don’t want salami at least offer to put something else that comes on sandwich in place of salami.
