The food was a 7 out of 10, because the sides other than the baked beans was seasoned to profession with the sausage mixed. The barbecue rib tips was a little burnt and a little heavy on the seasoning, but over all the food isn’t so bad. I suggest that they could lighten up on the seasoning and add a little more seasoning to the sides like the Mac n cheese and the potato salad. My overall impression was good, and I suggest that you stop by and try it yourself, and I will go back to see has it changed. Also, ask for the personal cups that the order taker makes. The cups are beautiful and they allow orders to personalize your cups like you want, so it’s two for one special. The staff is quick and professional and kind. I love the atmosphere.

Tried the rib plate with mac and cheese and yams. Ribs had great flavor but were a little tough for my liking. The yams were canned ones with no syrup. If yall need help on sides yall can hire me, I make some great candied yams. Still, the ribs was good enough that I’d say it’s worth checking out.

Great customer service, smells amazing soon as you hit the parking lot! The hamburger was excellent! Cooked to perfection, a nice size and a delicious smoked flavor. Only down side was the sides need seasoning. But that burger though, I’ll be back just because of it!!

I had a taste for some good BBQ. Recently I have been let down by a couple places around the area but they did not disappoint me. I got a rib plate with potato salad and baked beans and when I was walking into the building I seen the giant smoker, wood, and the smell of smoked meat, I knew they was going to be good. The potato salad was 5/5 just like your aunt that makes it for the cookout. The beans had smoked sausage in it and the test was 5/5 for baked beans. The ribs was a 4 out of 5. Good smokey taste, good flavor, but they could be a tad more tender. But definitely was good and I would go back when im in the area. This place reminds me of the food that you get from a cookout with families member that can cook and thats exactly what I wanted and they delivered.

Woodhouse grill is a must stop. If you’re anywhere in the united states google this place and go find it! The ribs are tender juicy and smoked to perfection. The mouth watering pork chops will melt in your mouth. Bake beans,potato salad,Mac and cheese and candied yams were all delicious. The two gentlemen and young lady working were friendly,courteous and professional. My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Woodhouse.

Rib tips not cooked long enough for my liking.it was still pink in some areas, that wasn’t a smoke ring. I’m in no way trying to bash the restaurant it’s just my experience, the lady at the front was nice and the restaurant was clean. I most likely won’t go back because of the medium cooked food. After I cooked the ribs a little longer at home, the flavor was good.

When this place is “on”, this is some really good barbecue. There’s some inconsistency here that I think is because of the wood getting so wet. You have to barbecue with seasoned wood and the wood here is out in the weather and looks green sometimes. I think he needs to build some kind of cover for his wood supply to keep it dry and seasoned and this would be the best place around for barbecue.

My plate is deceiving, because I ate almost half of the meat before I decided to take pictures. Please play is filled with deliciousness. These ribs tips are so good and tender. The baked beans have sausage in them. Heck, All the food is good. When I get the craving for grilled meat, this is the place. This may have been my first time going, but it definitely won’t be my last time going if I can help it. GET YOU SOME of this GOODNESS!!!I’m already looking forward to the next time and haven’t even finished this plate.

Food is good, but you don’t get a decent amount of food for the amount you get charged! I paid almost 40 bucks for 3 side dishes if rib tips. Mostly bones and bread in the box. Also I visited this place a couple of times before I could try it and they was either out of tips or completely closed. I’ll just keep going to sylvesters on hwy 18 from now on!
