I ordered my food when I received it the drink was wrong I got a medium Baja blast instead of the large Pepsi I ordered and my 5 layer burrito didn’t have all the toppings. My cinnamon twist was half empty. This place is ridiculous and mess up the order every time if you don’t go in. I had no choice but to order delivery because of work. I’m so tired of my order being wrong every time! I posted pics as proof. This place is awful.

I just order a chicken quesadilla with an extra side of jalapeño crema tonight at 1:30am. The person on the drive thru, a skinny black man was very kind. The large black man that brought over my order was however not kind. He gave me my order. Closed the door. And I kid you not, reopened the door within 5 seconds to tell me that I needed to move my car up. I thought it was a joke as I hadn’t even had a second to look in my bag. Of course there wasn’t an extra side of jalapeño crema. Instead he insisted there was extra sauce on the quesadilla. I expressed that I asked for extra on the side. He reassured me there was extra in the bag and that I needed to move up. After feeling unwelcomed and leaving I noticed that in fact there was no extra side of the jalapeño cream sauce, just packets of mild sauce in the bag. There was also no extra sauce on the quesadilla. I’ve ordered the same thing every time. Let’s focus on customer experience versus not wanting to do the job we are here to do-coming from a food and beverage manager needing a late night snack.

This place must have a negative score due to its employees that girl with the red braids in her hair during night shift is disgusting. She dropped the fork and still put it in my box full of food. Then she failed to realize that she picked something up off the floor where they all walk on and did not wash her hands. She clearly violated the entire sanitation process. I’m truly hoping that the female manager who was on duty trains her staff the proper way.

Only because there’s nothing less than one star. First the young lady at the drive through window was VERY nasty in spirit. She started talking before our car reached the window “they act like they can’t hear” were her exact words. Then to make matters worse, the order shoved out the window was INCORRECT. Plus they don’t answer the phone. Definitely not a good experience. Terrible customer service.

Manager handled a rude lady really well tonight. Lady came in and stated she ordered the wrong thing. Lady got upset when Manager said she would fix it but there was a price differnce amd she would have to pay for the differnce. Women said she wanted a refund instead since she didnt want to pay the diffence and Manager gave it to her. She then got upset bc Manager didnt know the store number amd refused to give out her full name to a lady who already is irrate. She asked the lady to leave or she would call the cops and lady then proceeded to say call them bc it would be my daddy coming up here to handle it and everyone in this store. Manager left and proceeded to call the cops women left once Manager was out of sight.

Came last night and the employees at this taco bell location were so warm and friendly and made me feel seen, plus my burrito was the best made taco bell burrito I’ve had in the Birmingham area in quite some time. Will be back! I don’t usually review places but I left with a happy heart.

Learn how to make a taco! Why is all the meat on the left & lettuce on the right? Not to mention, my 5 layer burrito was rolled the wrong way too. All the sour cream on one end & beans on the other. They were out of the Baja Blast which is their signature drink, like come on now. The guys working were not attentive. Should’ve known from the empty parking lot it was going to be bad.

Night crew on 2/1/26 at 8:09 PM best night crew ever normally I get bad experiences but they impressed me with the expectation they gave me food was fresh and they got to work quickly definitely coming back at this time.

It’s a lovely day, so we ordered our food and sat out on the patio. The food was fixed very well! The service was fast and friendly…my only complaint is and always will be, having to order from a kiosk …
