While I get this is a new location. The service was slow. And the food was terrible. Ordered fries and they were over cooked. The frostie was nasty. The rest of the food tasted old. No excuse during a busy time to have nasty food. The people didnt seem to know what they are doing. They were scatter brained in my opinion. I wont be back.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve visited. Cashier was unfriendly, had to change my soda since the first one I chose was nearly out of syrup. The counter next to the soda machine hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, one of the napkin dispensers was empty. Burgers were lukewarm, fries were cold and stale. It was only 7:00pm, they weren’t busy, no reason for the quality of food we received. For a location that’s been open less than a year, very disappointing. I will not be visiting again.

This review reflects my experience after my second visit. During my first visit, I ordered through the drive-thru, but the burger I received was not what I had ordered. Additionally, the baked potato, which was supposed to come with sour cream and chives, arrived plain. Because of these mistakes, I felt I ended up overpaying for my meal.
I searched for a contact number but couldn’t find one on the receipt. After locating the number, I called to address the mix-up. I spoke with someone in charge who assured me they would credit me for my next visit.
Fast forward to my second visit, where I went inside to place a to-go order. I informed the staff about my previous issue, and they brought someone else over to handle my order. When I explained my problem, the staff member looked confused. I also had a coupon for free chicken nuggets available in their app, but he was unfamiliar with it. After showing him the app and the coupon, I placed my order and paid. However, I later realized that my credit for the first order was never applied, and I ended up paying for the chicken nuggets.
I am now wondering if I should go to this Wendy’s again.

For a new building this place is disgusting there is food under every table soda spilled onto the floor all the tables are sticky and gross and the two women were just talking do NOTHING with no one in the store. You guys are going to bring bugs into a brand new building the workers are disgusting do your jobs and clean the sitting area
