It’s always a good time when we go to Frankies. Their food is always well cooked and delicious! The staff is super friendly and attentive to their customers. It’s like being over at a family members house. Super happy I found this place! Oh and their breakfast menu is amazing! Many creative options to choose from!

Absolutely love this hole in the wall place. The pancakes are to die for. This place is much better then these over priced, hyped up breakfast places. The staff is great, friendly and they make sure your satisfied. The cook looks like he’s 17 but does a great job in the kitchen. Please stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

The food was great. The service was horrendous. We had to ask for our drinks twice. We asked for no ice in our water. The rev was a lot of ice they put a lot of ice in my root beer float and watered it down. When I asked for a plate to put the ice in she never brought it. I asked her for nonlettuce or tomatoes on our plates because I have an allergy and she brought it on the plate. The manager had to deliver our food because waitress was nowhere to be found. We had to wait fifteen minutes for her to come back to our table.after we were done eating to ask for containers for our food and then another ten minutes after she finally brought the correct amount of containers to get our bill. Even though the food was good. Kudos to the chef. I will never go back there again.

I have had many breakfasts and lunches at Frank’s! Never been disappointed. You get awesome service ( with a smile) , most tasty food, and they dress up your food so well you don’t want to eat it lol! But the awesome smell of that food makes one chow down! Your the best guys !!! Cheers

Excellent place, great people, Amazing food and great service. Hands down the best diner in Mahopac. Give this place a try and you’ll soon find yourself eating here at least twice a week! Also, famously awarded the best soup in Putnam County. This is my go to place any time of the week!!!

Just had brunch with my family. The food was magnificent the cook deserves 5 stars ,however the service was not good at all. The waitress was too busy talking and never checked on us. My husband had to ask for a coffee refill.

HORRIBLE. What a way to waste an hour and a half of our lives. Took my boyfriend and his kids out for lunch for Father’s Day. Waited half an hour for a plate of fries, then another half an hour for three burgers, all of which were overcooked. I told the woman they were overcooked, but that we weren’t going to waste another half hour waiting on new ones. The response I got was “I’ll let the chef know.”
I tracked down the waitress for the check so as to not have to wait yet again (although there went another 15 minutes). Nothing removed from the check. WOW. Waitress again says, “Can I take that for you?” I told her I was surprised considering we were all unhappy with our food to which she said nothing, and I said, “I’m guessing you’re not going to take anything off of the check?” She literally did not say a word and walked away with my credit card.
Really disappointing, not only because I had been there before and the food was good and now was horrible. But also because the goal was for my boyfriend to enjoy a meal with his kids on Father’s Day only to ensure an hour and a half of constant disappointment and aggravation.
Will not return.

Mediocore food overpriced, bad atmosphere, dirty utensils, the coffee was weak, and what should’ve been half and half was milk. The syrup was visibly watered down. My mom ordered first but was the last to get her meal when she only ordered a waffle. Never coming back. I don’t recommend.
