Food is really good if they make it right. Do not order delivery. They will bring you the wrong stuff 9 out of 10 times. If you pick up from the store double check your order before you leave. Chances are it’s wrong. Also had very few good experiences dealing with the workers when there is a screw up. They legitimately don’t care that they mess up your order and make you feel like you’re the asshole for asking them to fix it.

They always seem overly stressed and surprised that you’ve made an online order and voice it instead of being pleasant and saying let me go check on that progress of that order for you. Maybe they’re understaffed or something and I get food industry is stressful but shouldn’t take your stress out on customers.

My roommate and I order the same thing every time we order Domino’s, and we have never had much of an issue. Tonight, however, they made it with no sauce in either breadbowl, and the pasta was under cooked. We tried calling before they closed, but got no answer. We even tried calling customer service, but got no answer with them either. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

My sister and her best friend come in to get some food pasta totally undercooked. They called to get somebody to talk to and then they had to call four times every time they called. They were ignored and then they pull up and the workers are standing out in front of the Store just staring at them. Very rude very unprofessional will never recommend this place

I guess I won’t be ordering from Domino’s Pizza ever again. (Newport, NH location)
We never have a problem but tonight was absolutely terrible. First issue was that we tipped the delivery driver and never do contactless, they delivered the pizza and put it on the ground without knocking like they normally do. Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza without cheese for the one with allergies and the first one came with sausage on it. Called the “manager” and was schooled about how they can’t promise cross-contamination from happening on the veggie. He apologized and offered to remake it after schooling me about the kitchen not being allergen free, said he would personally make the pizza himself and it comes to my door this time and what do I find on the second veggie? Sausage.. Now I am beginning to think it was purposely done the second time around and I ended up throwing both pizzas away because nobody else in my house will eat them. Very very upset and unsatisfied. We won’t be coming back again!

I frigging love Domino’s. I had not eaten anything from Domino’s since 1990 til 2018. And I’m so glad I tried them after all those years. They absolutely make my favorite pizza & they’re much more affordable than our local pizza places where a large pizza (with toppings) would run anywhere from $20 & up. For my dollar, and my taste buds, I’d choose Domino’s every time…too bad they’re too far away for delivery to my house (or maybe that’s a good thing because I would eat there for too often if that was an option!)
