We stopped here for breakfast, and the biscuits and gravy are the best we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Real sausage and well seasoned creamy gravy!! Biscuits are homemade (right in front of you)! The donuts are excellent too which are all homemade! Bacon and pancakes were delicious and eggs were cooked to perfection!! Even the coffee was good, and it was $1.00 a cup! We will definitely stop here again when in town!

Reds Kitchen off the beaten path below highway 95 north of Riggins in a quaint little town called Whitebird. You’ll find this little diner at the bottom of the hill at the beginning of town. This is a must stop for a burger or probably just about anything else, their friendly service, and large portions. Great people you won’t be disappointed.

Redemption has been made! We came in for a redemption chance visit and they delivered! The quality of of food has surpassed expectations. The homemade hashbrowns were amazing, and the chicken fries steak was delicious. They change to a good bread vendor and the it shows. They did some updates and and have put some effort into improving the quality of service and food and it shows.

This is a cute little place in the small town of White Bird. When we were there, it was being run by a mom and her daughter. They greeted us quickly and the service was excellent. The menu had plenty of choices and the food was delicious. This is one of those places where when you’re in the area you think, remember that place, let’s go there again. Would definitely return.

This is one of those small town diners that you won’t want to miss! The portions are BIG and the food is phenomenal! I can’t wait to try those homemade doughnuts in the display case made fresh today! Sorry but there won’t be many of those left when I get done!

Came down on a busy Friday evening to try the place out with the new owners, we both got the Captains Plate and the food was delicious! Perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. Big fresh salad that came before the meal, and tasty Iced Tea. The loaded smashed potato was my favorite part! The portions was huge, but the price was low. Good service, and quick. The menu is comfort diner style foods, but lots of tasty daily special’s. Highly recommend!

This place is THE breakfast spot! Worth traveling for. The prices are fair, the portions are huge & the taste is incredible! You can tell the food is made with care. Ingredients taste fresh and home made. The menu has something for everyone. The service was fast and friendly. Susie took great care of us! We’ll be back as soon as we can! Red’s pizzas are awesome. I have not tried other menu items, but I have had 4 pizzas, and they are delicious. I have also had donuts and cookies, and they are definately worth the short hop off of the highway to try some as well. You will not be dissapointed

Red’s Kitchen is hands down the cutest restaurant in town! From the charming decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything about this place feels special. The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The service was top-notch too — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Absolutely amazing service and food! Our server Brandi was SO sweet and attentive. Food was delicious and very well priced. They were very accomidating to everything we needed and I couldn’t recommend them more. My mom and I both got the Phillycheese steak and it was incredible. I don’t eat meat and they were more than happy to sub the steak with extra veggies. We ended our meal with sharing one of their donuts and that was also incredible. We had to get a few to go before we left. If you’re heading through Whitebird and highly suggest you stop by for any meal!
