Today, I have a better review to leave. Sometimes, I think it’s important, prior to leaving a review, that we really understand what may be going on inside these places of business, inside us, and inside these employees’ lives. No one is perfect. I don’t subscribe to “the customer is always right” narrative. We don’t always get it right. This establishment has grown, and the people working here have come together to make this a better place. The service is on point. Great job, guys & gals.

This Dunkin used to be the best. Over the last year they decided to start charging you if you don’t want ice in your drink. Which is crazy because you don’t get charged for not having ice in a hot drink. The line is always sloooowww and half the time they forget to put the flavoring in my drink. Time to go to the little coffee shop downtown.

I’m an avid Dunkin drinker, that being said I’ve had the iced coffee twice (always in the morning) and I don’t know what recipe this Dunkin uses but it’s so bitter and gross tasting even with creamer, sugar and flavoring. I’ve always had a great experience with the other iced drinks so it’s a shame the iced coffee is basically undrinkable.

What can I say other than Dunkin is always going to be the best coffee around. I stopped there at about 10:45-11ish and my lunch break. Need a quick pick me up & Nikki did such an amazing job at getting me what I ordered quickly and correctly. She did her job with such pride and you don’t see that often these days. I do not know where to begin. My coffee order takes a bit of extra work to get right and before I even get to the counter they r already workin on it. Despite the conditions they work under, hello! Come on 1 coffee brewer? Nikki is a stand out wish I cold remember all their names cause no matter how short staffed they carry on like the true professionals they truly r!!! Disorganized. Waited inside for 10 min tried to go through the drive through, same thing. Didn’t order, just left. They said they were short workers. There were two folks behind the counter and at least two more working the gas station. Not sure how the work is distributed so not much I can say. 1st and only experience there.

This place was a rip off. I ordered 2 Large French Vanilla Cappuccinos with whipped cream. I did receive them, but they were only half full and if I didn’t ask for whipped cream they would have been bitter ($10.58) I think I’ll stick with Tim Horton’s or even Starbucks and get a full cup serving.

It’s Tuesday morning heading to a new job and yes, I really enjoying the Super Bowl commercial so I wanted Dunkin breakfast and a great cup of coffee. Well it didn’t happen first bite there was hair cook into my food, and I believe sweet and low was added to my coffee please come to work with clean attire on not with your hair from last night or animal hair on your clothes!!! Sorry I don’t eat hair
