Came in today for the first time and had a great experience. All of the staff was super kind and the guy ringing me up made my items a combo so that I saved some money even though I didn’t know there was a combo option. All the workers were busy , kind and seemed to like their jobs. They had a big delivery coming in as I was there and nobody seemed stressed, or upset that I was there. Great looking staff too!

One star is not enough, this place deserved zero.If you want to feel extremely poorly served, come here. To begin with, we arrived and they never said, “Hello, how can I help you?” They want zero politeness and zero customer service. It was like no one came. The bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper, and the toilet was out of the question. We decided to leave without even asking for anything, and they started laughing and told us they were leaving, continuing to laugh. I’ve visited Tropical Smoothie in many states across the country, and I can assure you this is the worst in terms of customer service and sanitation. To the owner of this franchise, I’m writing if you want to keep your business afloat, change your staff. They don’t want to work and don’t care.

Wasn’t sure what I wanted and she suggested the Sunshine smoothie (multiple flavors available and $1 goes to help No Kid Hungry) and PB protein crunch bowl for my after workout meal. First time coming into this location instead of going to my normal one. Not a great experience. They unfortunately only had two people working. Location was very busy. I get all the way home and think to myself, this crunch wrap feels pretty thin. I open it up and there seems to be no peanut butter on there. Upon closer inspection I actually see there is a smudge of peanut butter on the corner. Not really sure how anyone would think this is acceptable but I definitely will not be going back. Pretty unfortunate since this location is a bit closer than the normal one that I go to but this is unacceptable and a waste of my monet

This location is one of the best in the area! I go 4 to 5 times a week, and the team is always working hard. During one of my visits, I witnessed another customer acting inappropriately toward the crew—really behaving like a “Karen.” The staff handled the situation professionally and calmly. You can’t please everyone, but they definitely showed how to deal with a rude customer the right way. I had a great experience, as always!

If you go to this location, be prepared to check your order before leaving the building or eating. I have gone here 4 times now, with every visit having an issue. Be it completely wrong orders, missing items, subpar smoothies or food, every issue that you can have at this restaurant will occur. The staff are lazy and inattentive and outright rude at times. If you want decent items and service from tropical smoothie, which can be very good, then I suggest avoiding this location and going to one of the locations nearby.
Personally, I ordered a quesadilla and smoothie today, with a bowl for my partner. They got the bowl and smoothie right this time (before they had put incorrect ingredients on), but this time they gave me the completely wrong quesadilla. I will be going to other locations until this is resolved.
