We’ve been here a couple times. Some times better than others. Service is whatever, nothing to write about there, typical Chinese takeout experience. I do like their ordering system online, that is a plus. Food, ehh. We generally order boneless spareribs and orange chicken or sesame chicken or general tsos chicken. Along with krab rangoon, sometimes chicken wings. Last night was one of those orders. The boneless spareribs lacked any flavor, also so overcooked it was like eating beef jerky, ended up throwing out most of it. The lo mein we had with it had celery in it, first time I’ve ever seen that, the lo mein was decent, sauce was very watery. the general tsos was also very overdone, which for me is fine, makes it actually crispy, the rice was very flavorless, even soy sauce didn’t help much at all. but portions are not nearly as big as most other spots. You’d expect when paying over $40 you are full afterwards or even save half for another time. Nope. I’ll give them credit, the krab rangoon is always decent, pretty much the only thing we’d get again. the egg rolls however are some of the worst we’ve ever eaten. always very soggy inside, no actual meat, and it’s almost like the dough isn’t cooked inside. disgusting. the ones at the supermarket are a lot better than these. never had one’s this bad before. needless to say we have no desire to come back here. just isn’t for us. paying a lot of money for this isn’t worth it in our opinion. not like you can call and get a refund, it’s pretty much you get what and deal with it. but just a heads up to anyone looking for some decent Chinese food in the area. may want to try other spots.

Jade Garden never disappoints. Food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving good Chinese takeout.

My experience with the house special fried rice was disappointing. The rice was overly mushy, reminiscent of quick-cook rice brands like Knorr, commonly found in stores like Publix. There’s room for improvement in their preparation method. It seems they cooked the protein separately with the seasonings before adding the rice, resulting in an unsatisfying dish. I won’t be ordering it again.

Your average Chinese takeout place except my general tso’s chicken was overcooked, dried out and chewy. The sauce was somehow almost congealed. It was thick and not appetizing. I read the reviews that said the rice was soggy and flavorless so I ordered the chicken lo mein with my meal, and I wished it were flavorless. It tasted like it was marinated in cleaning chemicals before it was cooked with old vegetables.
When I entered the restaurant for my takeout order, the guy behind the counter just stared at me and didn’t say anything. I told him the name for my order and he just handed me the food and pointed to the condiment station.

A newer built location and was clean and tidy. Have been to all the local Chinese Takeouts over the 20 years we’ve been in this area. We ordered 4 different dinner options, all of them were cooked perfectly and were good sized portions. Our meals from Jade Garden were better than any of the other Chinese Takeouts we have been ordering from previously. We’ll be heading here the next time we order.

First time I order. Simple order of pork lo mein, pork fried rice, and a quart of wonton soup.
The noodles had no seasoning AT ALL! Literally tasted like oil and salt, and the noodles were DRY and under-cooked.
The rice was also wayyyy under-cooked!! CRUNCHY UNDER-COOKED!! AND… also no seasonings at all. Oil and salt as a seasoning for the entire meal!
It’s a Chinese restaurant, HOW DO YOU MESS UP RICE AND NOODLES??!
Both the older lady and the guy cooking speak no English, so it was hard communicating with them, but the lady was sweet and tried her best to help me. The guy ignored me.
Not worth it. I’ll never go back.

I’ve been here twice and so far the food has been excellent! I have to agree this is the best spot around the area. This will be my new place Some reviews are a bit scary but luckily I have no issues and I’m picky with my Chinese food!

Small little place but the service was great. The host took my order and made sure it was precise. The cooks don’t seem to fully understand but it doesn’t stop them from listening and cooking correctly. 3.9 isn’t fair so hopefully they get 4 stars. They seem to keep their atmosphere clean. I did see the cook come out the bathroom and did appear to wash his hands. Thanks from a first time customer. I was too hungry to take pics.
