Café Eugenia is on the other side of the main street facing the water. The outside tables offer a nice view of the water across the street, while the inside is cozy with fresh flowers and throw pillows.

The whole Cafe is set up and a really cute way and is very clean… Including the bathroom! The menu is extensive with too many amazing options to choose from.
My daughter and I shared a Meat Quiche, heated. It was thick and tasty.
We were tempted by all the treats from the bakery side (including many vegan and gluten free options), but I had a vanilla Cortada and my daughter had caramel steamed milk.

I will definitely be returning!

So many gluten-free options! Healthy options too. I didn’t choose healthy today – had a breakfast biscuit that was gluten-free and I was amazing! Tasted like a regular biscuit. Nice atmosphere and outdoor seating. Sunroom seating inside looked very nice too.

Stopped by Café Eugenia and had an iced vanilla latte along with a dark chocolate cookie—both were a great treat! The latte was smooth and refreshing, with just the right touch of vanilla, and the cookie had a rich chocolatey flavor that paired perfectly with the coffee.

The café has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. The service was friendly, and the location is perfect for a quick stop or a leisurely coffee break. Definitely a spot worth visiting on Kiawah Island!

Such a lovely spot with friendly and helpful staff! Their matcha is lightly sweetened and they have dairy free milks. They offer several gluten free baked goods too! The chocolate tahini bar was so delicious!

We placed a large to-go order for Cafe Eugenia and everything was so great! The food was incredible, staff was very helpful and our order was completely accurate. Several of us even went back the very next day to eat lunch because it was so delicious! Highly recommend!

Went with my wife this morning and it was great! Got a sausage egg cheese biscuit and bacon egg cheese croissant – both were fantastic! Even better than the breakfast sandwiches are the pastries! Highly recommend. 100x better than Java Java nearby – much better food, service, and atmosphere.

The Zucchini bread, the dark chocolate cookies, the pasta salad! We ended up with one of almost everything to go, in addition to our coffees and quiche we ate inside. Everything is delicious, well portioned, and beautiful. Love this cute spot for breakfast and being able to take something for lunch later. The people behind the counter were welcoming, helpful, and quick. This place is a gem!

We chose Cafe Eugenia to host the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding last month and could not have been happier! Since the reception was to be held at the Seabrook Island Club, we wanted a different kind of dining experience for the night before. As soon as he saw the bright and open, yet cozy interior of Cafe Eugenia, my husband knew its ambience was perfect for the relaxed and social evening we wanted.

Chef Bea was wonderful to work with; she put together a wine selection, charcuterie and dinner menu that wowed everyone, from recent graduates to grandparents (32 guests). The fresh, light, Mediterranean-influenced offerings were refreshing in the June heat. Local fruits, vegetables, herbs and shrimp highlighted the menu selections.

The staff provided top notch service from the moment we arrived. From informed wine recommendations to their attentive yet relaxed assistance, we felt their commitment to making this gathering memorable for our family and friends. Fresh flowers adorned the tables. Ample food was provided and appetizers and charcuterie trays were replenished promptly. WIth four entree selections, everyone’s tastes were accommodated.

We searched many potential venues in the Kiawah/Seabrook/ Johns Island area before finding exactly what we hoped for in Cafe Eugenia. It made a strong impression on our guests, who commented throughout the rest of the weekend — and beyond — on their delicious and enjoyable evening. Cafe Eugenia is a jewel! We highly recommend Chef Bea and her staff to anyone seeking a unique private venue for their gathering.
