I was on and out of town visit when I dropped by the store. The sandwich I usually get consists of vegetables only: spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and banana peppers. Many stores act as if the spinach is just a topping rather than the base of the sandwich. This shop made the sandwich nicely. I had no complaints. They staff was also very patient while I signed into the subway app as I had forgotten my password and it took more time than usual. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I’ve never been to a place where they can’t follow simple directions on ingredients. They always get the order wrong even telling them to make sure they don’t get the order wrong. Better off going up to Mohegan lake over this location.

Smells like nail polish and not one clean surface in the place. I was surprised since it’s a chain and usually their regulations are strict. Nice cashier though.

I came in around 10 am on a friday, and I just got out of bed looking like a hot mess. So I decide hey I’ll go to subway for once and when I got there I was greeted with a smile from the man working there. There was a chair in the way of the fridge and I took the liberty of moving it myself but the man told me to just leave it there and came around to move it for me instead. I was treated with so much respect from this man when he took the rest of my order, and I work in customer service, so it felt really great to be treated with such respect. I’d recommend this place not just for its quality of food but for its service to customers. Thank you for the great experience!

I usually come about once a week around lunchtime and have found this Subway shop to be a little hidden gem in Peekskill. The young men on staff are friendly and the food is perfectly fine for a Subway, as is the atmosphere.

The interior of the store has been recently beautifully renovated and that upgrade offers the appearance of a wider seating area.
The staff is polite and always smiling which results in a delightful shopping experience.

This was my 1st visit here and I would never return. The store was dirty. The employee didn’t listen to the order. The sub came out tasting wrong. He did not weigh the meat before putting it on. It’s ashame that they couldn’t listen to the order properly.
