They were the nicest people ever, and there was like 18 of us and they all tended to all of us equally and my friend she had ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and it looked off to one of the baristas when she was drinking it so she had corrected it and came outside brought her a whole new venti drink, even though she was halfway finished with the first one, my new favorite Starbucks location. I do recommending ordering beforehand on the app as well! The barista is Sarah love the morning staff overall!

The Starbucks is good. I’m a fan of Starbucks in general and their product is consistent with the other stores which I like. There’s nothing wrong with anything here except for the fact that everybody in Yuma goes there all day long. I have never seen a line wrapped around the building consistently all day. That’s the only part that sucks. I would suggest that you walk in rather than wait for 45 minutes in the drive-through.

this location in Yuma is the best , Im from Texas and have not see them use the fresh type of coffe this starbuck uses for light roast regular coffee … great customer service and a very happy staff ….

I waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks that become incorrect from the description of the menu, compare to any other starbucks I’ve been, they were very slow and had bad services, I wouldn’t recommend coming there if you have the time to wait so long. Never again

Don’t lie to your customers. I ordered through the app for pickup and 10 minutes passed by the drive through and was told the order couldn’t be given through the drive through and I had to get down. I got down and waited another 10 minutes as the order hadn’t been started. I thought that was the point of ordering ahead of time on app to pick up if youre on the go. Curly haired lady, be kinder to your customers and don’t lie.

Went on drive through this morning , ordered 5 drinks . Ask for a carrier they said we dont have any . I have to ask them again is there anything for me the put the drink in? Then they put it in the bag which spilled all over my car seat . Starbucks is a popular brand and cant even supplied their business drink carrier smh . After taking the drink out from the bag i found there also a flies in my drink what could i say “what an awesome day” ! ♂️
