I wasn’t expecting much but maybe a little more than what was on this- a 6 inch steak & cheese that was $8…

Vicksburg, Michigan location has been serving me for about 2 years. I don’t even have to tell them how I want it. I walk in the door and it’s started.

The place felt very un-welcoming, the worker spoke poor English and they made my food incorrectly. Not the mention they had used a dirty knife to close my sub. Disgusting. What happened to the old workers? This place is going into the ground. Will never return.

I placed my order at 6:17 I arrived at the store at 6:20. The lady working (which I assume is the closing manager) told me they didn’t receive my order because she turned ordering off and was closing at 7 even though it was literally 6:20(even though I had the screen up showing my placed order) after confirming I placed my order she said she wasn’t making my order because she’s been there all day and wanted to go home. Soooo I spent money on a sandwich I didn’t receive and to insult me further they placed order as ‘picked up’ and refused to answer the phone. That’s how you guys choose to run your store ? Very interesting.

Went to subway at noon. The employee of subway was busy on her phone outside with the door locked. When I saw her subway shirt I asked her why it was closed. She said she would open it and kept talking on her phone. I left ….no thank you! Major red flag if the the cell phone is more important than the job!

So tonight went in with my Dad. Who cannot hear the best. Whoever was working tonight was rude and wanted a cigarette break and said she would be in as soon as she was done smoking. We said no problem. Now she comes in and says “what do you want”. With a very cold overtone. So while we are ordering she is very rude and sarcastic to him. I gave her a few more times before I said we aren’t eating here. Of course he wants to know why and I say bc this lady is very rude. She immediately says “YOU’RE RUDE!” and I said what is your name. She very rudely says “can’t you read???” Yeah. DONE WITH THIS SUBWAY. I will be calling mgmnt tomorrow. And I’m not usually a jerk about stuff. But this woman is going to ruin this local shop.

Went to subway at noon and the store was closed. The worker was on her cell phone outside the door. She said she would open the store. We said no thank you and turned around and left! What is going on! Lights are off and the worker is chatting with a friend on the outside. Won’t stay in business with this type of service.

It was just one worker and when I got in she had one online order. She asked what I wanted. I told her. Asked me if I wanted it toasted I said yes but not with the cheese. I was never asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. Then a few more orders came in and she started saying ppl need to start making food at home. She asked I wanted on my footlong I told her want I wanted on my sandwich. Then I asked her if she could cut it in 4. She did but she did say I was asking a lot for her to cut my foot long in 4.
I was getting food for work. This isn’t right at all. If you work in food services you should not complain about food orders coming in. You should be happy Or say a customer was asking for a lot when they asked to cut their sandwich in 4. I did tell her I was going to work. So it’s work food.

Went to this Subway for the first time and when I get back to my work and dig into my food I chomp into a fake nail from one of the two girls that worked there. I tried calling twice to let them know as I had no time to turn back around and got no answer. :/ pretty sad that I spent 29 dollars just to get a nail in my food and then no answer when I call to let them know.
