I visited Domino’s today and was helped by Charles/Chris (sorry, I don’t remember the exact name). He was incredibly friendly and customer-focused. He asked thoughtful questions about my pizza order, listened carefully to all my requests, and made helpful suggestions. I really appreciated how patient, kind, and welcoming he was — it felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Excellent service and a great experience!

Food was overcooked to charred/dried out/burnt. Called and talked to the manager, did not ask for a refund, just told them they need to improve their quality. Manager never gave his name, just asked, “is there anything else?” and hung up the phone. Will not order again.

Ordered a take out order. Should have known something was up when they had a Domino’s delivery bag with Tips written on it proudly in n the counter. When I didn’t choose a tip when paying with Debit Card, I got a surprise when I got home. Hot sauce all over one of the 3 pizzas. Called the store, they said they to remake, but not to deliver. Asked to speak to the manager, and the man on the phone said he was the manager. I’d asked for his name and his reply was “No.” He knows my name, but apparently can’t extend the same courtesy. When looking up the Francis’s owner I found plenty of articles about the $300,000 in fines that the owner has for Labor Law infraction. Time to stop providing my business with them. I attached the pizza photo, looked like too much grease, so tried to dab off with napkin, after soaking the napkin you can still see the hot sauce.

Best damn pizza for the price. My family and I always order pizza on fend for yourself nights and 95% of the time it’s from Dominos. I’m always happy with the pizza we get, they deliver, and there’s always good deals, plus rewards.

If i could give it less than one star I would. I ordered a medium philly steak pizza, I only live a few blocks away from the shop, my friend brought it back it was old and you can tell it was a order that someone didnt go get. The cheese was old it didn’t have the toppings I ordered, I will never order from there again in my life.

Well I came in to pick up our order and the gentleman behind the counter what’s friendly and kind, the pizza was cooked perfectly, delicious! Everything was perfect which is hard to find, nothing was burnt, nothing was undercooked, nothing was harder stale like other pizza places, and the price was very reasonable compared to others, plus open until 1a when most places close super early. Dominoes has definitely raised the bar on service around the area. Im super happy with the experience, due more to a friendly employee with a kind demeanor! What a difference the people working for your company can make.

Nick the general manager is extremely rude and thinks his own crafted pizzas are always on point where there is nothing wrong with it and he is perfect.
He won’t take responsibility for his undercooked pizza and my last option is to report this to corporate and change my previous 5 glowing stars about this location to 1.
It’s embarrassing to talk to a general manager acting like an angry customer I was very calm with him the entire time, hopefully they swap him with someone that can take complaints and resolve them without lashing out at customers like each one is dirt for giving him money.. yikes.
