The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

I also love the vibes and the decorations.
The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, and the portions were generous. My only small critique is the limited parking in the area, but that’s expected in Chinatown.
Overall, a must-visit spot for anyone craving Korean fried chicken with bold flavors.
This place is fantastic and the wings are drool worthy. So crunchy and moist on the inside. The sauces and spices of every dish are beyond.
We’ve ordered from here a handful of times, and have yet to be disappointed.
Rose tteokbokki, honey garlic wings, and hot $ spicy wings =
However, I was very disappointed to find that some of the chicken wings, especially the drum pieces, were undercooked. One piece was still visibly red on the inside and released pink juices. Some pieces were partially raw, with the meat still tough and the tendons very noticeable.
I immediately informed the cashier politely, and the manager was called over. While the manager did agree to have a new order prepared, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they insisted that the chicken was “fresh” and “not undercooked.” This was upsetting, as the evidence I showed clearly proved otherwise — the meat was red, juices were pink, and it had a strong odor. I did not took any picture because i tell them directly then give the whole still bucket of the chicken wings.
In the end, I requested the chicken wings to be canceled, cause the way of the Manajer responded and I was refunded $15. While I appreciate the refund, I left feeling very disappointed with both the food quality and the way the situation was handled. I strongly suggest that management be trained the Manager to respond to customer concerns in a more professional and respectful manner.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve both your food preparation and customer service.
When there was actually chicken meat, it was pretty good. About a third of what came in the box was absolutely inedible. I know times are tight but I’d rather you just over charge me for a half empty box.
Chinese people do not know how to do KOREAN fried chicken right.
For those looking to experience true Korean fried chicken, this place is definitely not the place to experience it.
