And still they exist! The Bars from the 90’s! Still got well drinks how they should cost ! And the atmosphere ( inhale sharply with my eyes closed) just like I remembered! My get away I forgot I needed! Pool tables on the low! Drinks drinks shots let’s play! I tip good for good service and so I tipped a lot! Melissa you were a doll! Def. my new new! Rio Grande well tequila shot…shot and a brew! Who knew ! I know now! Oh! And feed the judebox (sp) jams forever!

It’s very relaxed and chill for the senior crowd. If you become a regular, you’ll be very welcomed. Showed up on a league night and the waitress/bartender never walked the tables. There were 15 ppl in the whole bar and 6 were sitting at the bar, as I watched the 2020 NCAA championship, the guy across from me was falling asleep in his chair (before 8pm) I dont think anyone other than myself (28) was under 40. I do enjoy hole in the wall bars but the service was just poor. If the bartender doesnt know you, she didnt care about your drinks. Also, only takes cash

The bartender was very nice, she has a slight lack of experience in making drinks. This does not affect her service though as she treated me very well and made one of their house drinks after I had originally asked for an old fashioned and she could not make it. The house drink was a green tea shot and it was amazing ! This bar is definitely for the older crowd so if you are young like me definitely not the right place to be going to for your weekend sesh. You’ll still be welcome of course it’s just mainly 40 and up it seems. Other then that 5 out 5 this place is nice for a drink and maybe some pool for an older gentlemen or lady.

I was just visiting San Antonio for the weekend and popped in for a drink, I had the most amazing time there! The bartender Heidi was so spot on with our drinks and very friendly! The crowd there was also so welcoming and tons of fun! Can’t wait for my next visit to Texas to see what other great memories I can make at the Pepper Patch!
