Love stopping by this place when passing through and while I love the drinks, I feel like the employees are kind of rude. Maybe not even rude, they just sort of lack any type of customer service skills. A ” Good morning”, or a “how’s it going?” would be nice. Perhaps I’m a tad old fashioned.

This is my spot on a hot summer day. They actually have ice cream and an ice cream machine that actually works, unlike the golden arches, which never seem to work. The ice cream alone is delicious, but the smoothies are absolutely delicious. Try the strawberry mango. You can’t go wrong and definitely get the large one. When I say large, it’s definitely a large. Want a coffee instead just tell them what you want, and they will make it. The staff there are very friendly and always greet you with a smile, very good customer service. I definitely recommend this place for sure!!
Post number 2 on July 5th, 2024, it’s 100+ degrees. Go there and get an ice cream or a cold drink. You definitely won’t be sorry!!

This place is great! They do go out of the way to help me remember what coffee I like, and they are always so nice about it (which is nice because I am not old and have no reason not to remember my own coffee order . Great place! Great service! Great coffee and ice cream!

The team at Roosters always have a smile and treat for the furkid. Love the trivia questions and little cluckers too! Nothing beats the soft serve ice cream cones on hot summer days. Once after ordering I didn’t have enough $ in my wallet and rather than letting me return my order the cashier (a student ) paid the difference from her tips. My next trip I repaid her kindness and more to pay it forward. This is the small town service I love at Roosters and seen all around Tonasket.
