When you first open the door you are swept with the feeling of peace and classicness. The feeling of the establishment is cross between a quaint Irish pub and a 1920s speak easy. The staff was awesome and the cook was amazing. I had the prime rib. First steak I’ve ever had that I didn’t have to send back. Also had the deep fried ice cream. It’s REAL deep fried ice cream, not the corn flake BS that other places pass as deep fried ice cream.

This is the very first place that I’ve ever given all five stars in every category. Also, they have no shortage of alcohol, I would recommend the Long Island or the old fashion with a twist.

The food was really good! I got a New York strip steak and it was so tender! I have only had that tender of steak at home! The broccoli was the perfect amount of crunchy (perfect in my book) I hate soggy veggies so I was excited when the broccoli was cooked perfect! The cauliflower was also good and I despise cauliflower. The only thing I would ask for differently next time is for the steak to be cooked in the Ashu sauce that my fiance’s steak was cooked in. Mine was a bit plain but went excellently with the brown gravy. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here!

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.My steak was cooked to perfection. This is the first time in ages where I didn’t have to send my steak back due to it not being cooked properly. I was happy with every bite. Seafood scampi was delicious. Chicken tenders and spaghetti as well! New favorite spot in Dubois. Will be back frequently! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We enjoyed a good hot meal with excellent service. There is a bar right at the entrance and then plenty of seating to the right in 2 separate rooms.
Entree was good, as was the appetizers. I came for the Wednesday Korean special. It was very good and I wished I would have purchased a 2nd dinner to Take Out.

Heard so much about this place. Advertised as “Fine Dining”. Made reservations two days ahead of time & dressed very nice for my dining experience. Was seated in back of restaurant by the kitchen and waitress station. Waitresses were wearing shorts but polite. Inside was decorated for Christmas when it is August. Food was okay. Ordered Nelson House Stuffed Steak, which, I had heard was wonderful. Maybe a bad night for chef because it was tough with a slather of crab meat in maybe a third of the steak. Side salad & vegetables were good. Did not finish meal or ask for doggy bag. Honestly, for price, atmosphere and chance to dress up I will go to Ruby Tuesday or Red Lobster.

Delicious food, one of a kind atmosphere, and nice staff. Only drawback (small drawback) was the wait time, roughly 30+ for an appetizer and over an hour for our entrees (table of 2). The time did allow us to converse and enjoy a night out.

All in all, will be returning!
