I ordered the combo fish and shrimp meal which comes with two sides & your choice of fish. I got the red snapper fried hard with the shrimp. Extra order of fried whitening with rich and beans, pickles, dinner rolls and two can sodas. Everything tasted well seasoned and you can tell the fish was fresh!
As far as delivery everything was in my order including condiments, like hot sauce, tartar sauce & etc. I’ll be ordering from here again when I come back to LA! Thank you!

I’m still fuming writing this review. I ordered two red snapper with shrimp dishes, paid almost $50, and was served ROCK-HARD, DRY FISH that was clearly RECOOKED and possibly frozen from the day before. As a cook myself, I know the difference between freshly cooked and reheated food, and this was a travesty.
But the worst part? When I complained, the response was RUDE and DISMISSIVE. They refused to compensate me for the subpar food.
Beware: you might get FOOD POISONING or just plain disgusting food if you eat here. Do yourself a favor and AVOID FISHBONE in Woodland Hills. They’ll serve you food that’s garbage, literally. Send their leftover cook and refrozen food right back them!.
What I will say is that the fish was fried to perfection and I was very impressed with the portion size of the fish and sides. Often times at non-franchised restaurants the sides are the size of a snack portion and they charge an exorbitant price.
I decided to try this place because of so many wonderful reviews, and the good smells when I have visited in the past. I am giving my honest review and I don’t mean this review to be rude in anyway, I just hope that the owners will take heed and make a few changes.
Although the fish presents really well, and looks delicious, it is bland as bland can be! I don’t taste any salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, old bay, etc. The greens were equally as bland with no chicken, bouillon, flavor, butter, onion powder, salt, pepper, garlic NOTHING! All I tasted was earth. I ordered the grilled veggies with no onion and they were chuck full of onions and burnt. I have provided a picture.
I’m not sure if this restaurant is trying to cater to the demographic of the area. I noticed that a lot of non-franchised restaurants in this area, heavily lack seasoning, but I wish that they would STOP! I realize that restaurants can have an off day, and I certainly will try this place again. But today I wasted $23!
