I don’t know if there just having a bad day but the food was the total opposite of amazing lettus was like pink the spinach was all wet and old the meatball sauce was the consistency of water just overall not what I’m use to going to subway.

NEVER going back to this location again. I wonder if the kid making the sandwich had any training. He literally picked up half of everything that had fallen out of the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. There was more mayo and mustard on the outside than I think there was in the actual sandwich. Maybe if he took his ear buds out it might help him concentrate on the simple task of making a sandwich. Needless to say this isn’t the first negative experience I have had there, but I definitely won’t be returning. I ended up taking the sandwich back because once I got it out of the bag my hands were covered in mayo and mustard, and who wants to eat something like that. Girl didn’t even know how to do a refund. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

ordered 3 sandwiches online and they messed up every single one of them. they left items off of the sandwiches that we paid for and smothered some kind of spicy chipotle sauce all over the sandwich that was supposed to be for my child. i never ever leave reviews but this is crazy- how does one mess up 3 simple sandwiches?!

Came in there April 17th 2025 around 5:30 ish. I ordered the home run ham with pepper-jack cheese not toasted. When it got to the second person I said “hey man is that pepper jack cheese it’s orange”? He said yes which I thought it was weird we got up to the register and I told the person i had a coupon and he almost forgot to add it but got it but had to remind him numerous times. I took a bite into my sandwich and it had a weird taste to it and so I looked and Its what I suspected it was American cheese. I brought it back up there and said it was messed up and he said I can fix it you wanted American cheese right. I handed him my sandwich and said just forgot about it. He ended up making my sandwich again but asked me 4 times if I wanted pepper jack. I want a refund but don’t know how to get one. Won’t go back there.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff will hate you the second you walk in the door. They will make your food wrong. And they will avoid you so you don’t get a refund! Worst staff and food! It’s always so dirty here. The floors. Tables. The bathrooms. The staff themselves are dirty. Go to Jimmy John’s across the street.

I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant. The manager called my bank to track me down. He then mailed my wallet with all the money still in it. They definitely went out of their way to help me! Also, the food was really good that day.

Usually pretty good, but they need to be better on reading online orders. Ordered a sandwich with Mayonnaise and honey mustard, but got NO Mayonnaise and regular mustard…..not first time online orders have been messed up.
