It wasn’t too bad.. Very nice looking from the outside. And quick. Go not as good as the cookout in Thomasville.. It could have just been the timing. I ordered the tray with 2 hot dogs. All away and those hot dogs were great. Lots of toppings on. My sides were corn dog and chicken ranch wrap. Both of them were good. However , the chicken wrap barely had any chicken in it. It was good though. No straw for my drink… Not complaining just being honest. Yes , of course , with not keeping pay from coming back.. Like I said the food was good.. I love cook out and was so excited when it finally came to Randleman. I recently went to drive thru and it took 43 minutes to get to window to pick up order. I understand they were very busy at the time and I chose to get in line but they could have handled situation a lot better.
I am normally a really calm person but I was irate that no manager (if any was there at time) was trying to resolve the issue of Kitchen being overwhelmed by too many orders!. I felt bad for the people behind me wondering why I was at window (16 minutes) so long waiting on order. I ordered 4 drinks got within first 3 minutes at window and 4 Junior trays that took 13 minutes while holding up drive thru. When I drove 20 minutes home no sauce for 3 sides of chicken nuggets!
I am very disappointed! Please train better!

This place needs some good help there’s hardly ever anyone that stays up front to take your order The food is just okay it’s like who works there really don’t care for the people who come in The best place about this place is the tea.. they’re not the nicest people they are rude they see you standing there and they’ll be on their phones or in their earpieces there are a couple in this one in Asheboro better nice but I know for fact some of the people there they don’t like half the people they work with and they laugh and talk in front of you carrying on like they’re in a school zone I believe this one needs a lot of work done to it and with the people inside Yes I’ve had family members work there but that’s not why I’m saying what I’m saying I’ve been there too many times to know what goes on and the home office does need to look into this one and it needs to be surprised visits that’s just me

Won’t be coming to this location again. Waste of a drive and horrible service. Waited at the drive thru and no one answered, pulled around to the window and watched over 4 employees stare right at me and refuse to even acknowledge me or take my order when they were clearly open with several cars in the parking lot and they were more concerned with talking between each other. They weren’t closed as I just watched someone go through the drive thru. So incredibly disrespectful and disappointed. Why have their hours posted if they going to stop serving HOURS before they even close! It was clear they just wanted to leave early, they could’ve at least open the window or acknowledge and said they stopped accepting orders.

I have been eating here since it had opened and now I will never take my family back here. My husband went through the drive through after he left work around 11 pm and got the bbq sandwich tray and the bread smelt like cigarettes. It smelt like they dumped an ash tray on top of our food. Absolutely disgusting.

There is no consistency in this location. 50% they get it right 50% they are a bunch of kids and pay no attention. Decent food but im not going to keep paying for orders they keep getting wrong. Edit, still cant listen to an order. Guess Dari O it will be.
