I got the pic meat and 3. One for myself one for my son. We got the chicken sandwiches which were decent. The fries were good. Beware to add cheese is between 79 cents and 50 cents. It’s 50 cents to add onions to anything. And it’s 79 cents to add a side of cheese sauce. We also tried the spicy Italian. That’s not really worth the money the spicy Italian. We got fresh hot apple turnovers. However my turnover was not fully cooked. I will get the fries and the chicken again the mozzarella sticks were not fresh so I didn’t really like them. I would probably like the hot apple turnover if it was cooked all the way.

This incident happened 01/27/2026 at 12:13pm my cousin and I had just left work headed to lunch and she decided on Arby’s because she hadn’t had it in a very long time so I Went through the drive through attempted to order two number one classic with curly fries two pibbs and 4 small cups of cheese for our dipping pleasure with fries. I was then told by the staff through the mic and I quote “we ain got enough cheese to be doing all that “ he then asks someone else and she says “no we ain doing tha “why are restaurant staff policing what the hell I choose to order and pay for from the restaurant! I canceled the order and pulled off and went to Jim bobs. Arby’s won’t ever have our service again !

To who all was working January 16, 2025 around 5:00-5:30pm. I want to say thank y’all ☺️. I was the one that come through the drive thru with a big order. I would have ordered ahead but it was a last min decision. I know it was stressful bc y’all were busy in the lobby and I didn’t clarify which sizes I need at the speaker. I was a bit overwhelmed with the traffic so loud and I’m deaf in one ear. It was hard for me to focus on what I was trying to order while all the noise was going by. And to the lady that was working the window, Hun you were amazing. I watch how you were busy running both counter and drive thru and when I clarified the sizes on the sandwiches, I could see how overwhelming that was getting but sis you handled that. And the lady that came up and helped thank y’all. If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything came out right and was really good. To anyone looking for somewhere to eat, I highly recommend this location. Hope y’all have blessed and wonderful days ahead.

Placed a mobile order. It wasn’t busy, just slow/no movement behind the counter. It was 20min after the pick up time. The order was incorrect, had to go back to get it corrected. The meat was dried out. Interactions with workers was rude. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

Food doesn’t taste like it used too. Idk what people are used to or ok with now but when I at there a few years ago the food was 100% better than it is now. Prices went up, quality went down.

Tried these New loaded fries for lunch today. They looked great on the menu. This is what I got from the drive thru. Not very appetizing. They taste like they look. Not worth trying again. Very disappointing. The lady at the window was friendly. Good customer service. Awful fries.

The beef and cheddar I ordered looked like they threw it together with there eyes closed. It was a mess trying to eat.

Me and my elderly mama ordered 2 fish sandwichs and I asked for tartar sauce. When we got to the window they girl at the window smirk and asked if that was enough sauce. I said yes and thank you. We got home and had to eat the sandwichs on a plate because they were so full of sauce the bun was nothing but mush. I hope they can get better employees
