I just finished the last piece .. ordered 7 days ago.. it was done perfectly, slightly undercooked.. I ate a few slices after toasting in the oven to warm slightly.. and repeated over the next week.. stuffed crust was really tasty.. I am Satisfied..!

I was very specific asking for a large stuffed crust pep with jalapenos and parmesan packets.
I got a thin crust with no parmesan packets for $30 rip off!
When I called to see how they were going to fix it the girl was rude and said sorry, there’s nothing she can do. Then said they were out of the cheese for the stuffed crust! How is this my problem?

The pizza was one of the worst I have ever had, maybe because I didn’t give a tip before they made the pizza when I paid for it. And there is no atmosphere is just go in order and take it home.

Horrible experience!!! I placed an order at 10:15 on 5/21/23 a sunday and was told that the order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Which is understandable but when I came to pick up my order at 10:45 granted I am a little late but that is never mattered before anyway the whole freaking store was closed!! And now I have no way to feed the seven people whom We’re expecting food and now I guess im just S. O. L because this stupid Pizza Hut closed early for some reason After receiving my order and telling me it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. Extremely rude and I will never order from this Pizza Hut again probably any Pizza Hut honestly so rude. I wish I could leave negative stars!!!

Driver was honest in explaining that even though I only live 3 minutes away, my order took 45 minutes to deliver (well past the advertised delivery) because he/she had to deliver to the first order first, which was 20 minutes away. Food was only mildly cold. I might never order again because of this. I mean why order when 3 minutes away if your food drives 45 minutes before you get it, and is half cold.

We ordered Wings but wanted the sauce on the side. So we requested it to be be naked wings. And the pizza hut will not give us the sauce on the side. We wanted to try out a sauce that they offer which is why we requested it to be plain (naked) wings. When we asked for a sauce on the side, the supervisor did not approve for their employee to give us any sauce on the side. Whether we ordered it flavored or not, the price would be the same. I dont see why this would hurt them revenue wise. Very dissapointing.
