Kentos is the best!! I’ve been going here since Jr. high (1999)!! The staff is so welcoming and loving. Always get a M-2 but substitute it with their orange sauce because it’s the best. I live in Oregon now but when I come to visit family I always make sure to stop by and say hi and get some delicious food.

So disappointed, I’m eating this in the dark. I don’t like sauce on my steamed rice, my “chow mein” was not mixed with the sauce or the veggies, and lastly, the “orange chicken” wasn’t mixed either. The chicken is burnt on some of them. I guess it was because I went before closing that the food is this way. I spent almost $7 for a 1 item combo and expect better.

Just love this place, fast, friendly service & good food. I just went back today after not going in a year and they still remembered me & they knew exactly what I wanted. The workers are so friendly and they always maintain the establishment clean, good values & work ethic from the employees which is rare today. There fried rice is perfect & non greasy & the chicken & shrimp fried rice bowl with garlic sauce is the best. I order my sauce on the side cause I dont like my rice wet.

I am giving Kenton’s a 4 star review dispite having 5star food. Their prices have gone up a little over the years but are still reasonable and I wish that the grilled chicken at panda express was anywhere near as good as Kenton’s. My 2 main criticisms of Kenton’s is the lack of brown rice as an option (I don’t mind paying a little extra, it has far more protein and fiber than regular rice) and the big one is the appearance of the restaurant itself. I would happily pay a little more for the food if they re-painted the interior and made it look less run-down, especially once dine-in opens up again.

I have been going to kento’s for literally 15 years and the quality is still as good as ever was. I love their teriyaki bowls. The thing Is, it is a takeout place eating There isn’t probably a good idea it does get crowded sometimes and just not really for dine in.
