We’ve been without power for five days now and came in for a hot meal and to get work done and the panera team was so kind and welcoming as we sat there the whole day. Eric checked in on us a few times throughout our day and talked with us for a bit about the winter storm impacts. Their kindness was not unnoticed ❤️

This location has the typical Panera problems. Terribly slow and never get the order correct. I waited 15 minutes for 3 items, one was a drink. Game me my food and ran away, but didn’t include a straw. Had to knock on drive thru window to get help. Then pull away and open sandwich and it’s not what I ordered. Waiting back in drive thru to get correct order. It’s been over 20 min since I ordered and I was the only one in line. Probably why

It was my first visit to this place. Past experiences of panera has always been great when visiting at lunch time. But later in the evening I always seem to be unhappy with the food and this visit was no exception. I ordered broccoli & cheese soup and I think I was given lumpy Mac and cheese. As for the sandwich, it seemed stale. Just was not happy.

By far one of the cleanest Panera’s I’ve ever been in. The food was fresh and the GM was extremely kind! He took our order, explained the menu, brought our food to us, and checked in after. Exceptional service. Great job.

This restaurant is super clean and professional from the moment I walked in and placed my order at the kiosk they were very friendly front the front register staff to the management. I’ve been to other panera bread locations this has been the best experience. Today is July 27th 2025 the staff this evening was great. If I lived closer I would come more often. If you are hungry and in the area I highly recommend. My sandwich was perfect. The manager came by to everyone sitting down and asked if anyone needed anything and checked on everyone which shows that he truly does care it’s rare to see at a restaurant like this even opening the door for an dearly family using a walker. I love their grilled cheese sandwich. I ordered the whole one(1/2 for lunch other 1/2 for dinner)includes complimentary chips(don’t really like those) but nice of them to include with the meal. I tried the mini chocolate chip cheesecake bites….did not like them at all. Also, Panera Bread changed the cinnamon roll from the original one. Guess no dessert for me. Downloading the app saves you time when you are in a hurry.
