Very good and tasty pizza! Huge slides! If very hungry, better off getting a whole pizza for the price. Kids loved it!

Pizza dought was horrible. They microwave your pizza, soggy, sad, bad. Do not come here. Such an expensive oven to just put on a mini microwave oven to heat your pizza. And make it soggy. Pass..

Sbarro is not the chain it used to be and probably why they will be closed down soon, I still wonder how they stayed open this long. While I am not overjoyed at paying $5.69 per slice for a pizza, the “NY” size is a thing of the past. You can move the slice however in the box and it still fits.

Decent food, I liked the pizza here and it was 19.02 for 2 slices and a drink (good for D.C), but the person who took my order was extremely rude and disrespectful, how are you an adult but still manage to be extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone? Blows my mind, hope someone nicer is working next time.

I was recently on a trip with my school to Washington DC. While we were there, we multiple places to eat. Out of all the places, sbarro was the worst. First off, I waited in line for 25 minutes and when I got to the front, I asked for a piece of cheese pizza. The man told me, that will be a two minute wait. I feel as though the pizzas should just be ready to go and they should know they need more pizzas when there is a line around the corner. Then I asked a different woman for a Caesar salad. She wasn’t wearing gloves as she scooped my lettuces into the contain. Although she didn’t touch my food directly, she should still be wearing gloves. Then, I asked for a small fountain drink root beer in it. The total was around 13.60. My friend had the exact same order and hers cost 12.80. I didn’t care at that point, I just wanted to sit and eat my food. I opened the box and I look at my pizza. The cheese was a yellow grey color. I took a bite and all of the cheese fell off my pizza. I thought wow, ok, good thing I got a side salad. I had a bite of the salad and there was no dressing on it, the crotons were soft, and the lettuce tasted bad in general. I thought, at least I have my root beer. But no, the soda had no root beer syrup, it was just soda no syrup no taste. My friend sitting next me then pulled a long black hair out of her salad, and my friend has short blond hair. I don’t usually say anything when I have bad experiences but it was just too bad to let it go unnoticed.

We stopped here while in DC to grab a quick bite. This is inside a secured building so there was a little line prior to entering. This on the lower floor in the food court. Everyone said the pizza tasted very good. This place can support larger groups given the food court style eating. It’s definitely pricey, but given it’s a food court and in DC, it’s not too bad. There are no free refills on fountain drinks.

It’s fun to remember when I was a kid going to the mall getting Sbarro. A lot of years have passed and as most things age they don’t get better. This is no exception. It is a fine little spot to grab lunch if there are no other options. But that is all.
