Their was this man name tag read Pervizz he is an old worker but I think recently promoted manager. I came in because my mobile order was cold. I like how he calmly explained and told me what had happened and directed his workers to drop me some fresh food he explained how long it would take for the food to cook. It came right out he made my order by hand quickly and everything was correct and hot. My next visit I would like to ask for him directly

Had they had them, the food would have been cold anyways.
Thursday 7/17/2025 12:00pm. ordered via door dash. Food was terrible. I ordered honey bbq wings and lemon pepper wings but received spicy wings covered in honey and water. Cold, Old, Gross. Phones are down you cant call them. I do not wish them well.

Pulled up for a 3 piece and got some old tasting chicken. It takes like someone made this in their own home. Why does other area Popeyes get it right but this taste like crap every other day? Do the workers not care or what?

Without bringing attention to the absolute NASTY person who took my order around 5:00 PM ON April 24th 2025. I want to say thank you to Austin(store manager) who is representing Popeyes up to their standards. I had a very little issue that became big because her customer service is HORRIBLE! POOR! Had to repeat my order three times at the register. The lady apparently can’t listen and push buttons at the same time. I only ordered two chicken strip meals. Half my order came out right away, but was wrong. They fixed it. The employee told me they had to drop more strips for the other half of my order…. No problem. About 15 minutes later, they told me the cook forgot to drop the strips so it would be an additional wait. Absolute chaos behind the register and in the kitchen… Folks clearly don’t know what they’re doing and they can’t hide it. Popeyes hired the lowest common denominator here. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.
And as I’m typing this, the manager came out to the dining area and gave me two free apple pies for my trouble. I hate fried apple pies, but thanks for the gesture.
