Food is bangin! Dude the bbq here is so incredibly good! Honestly feels like you’re at a Cook out in the back yard and taste like it too! Ribs were insane, fall off the bone. Potato Salad was perfect homemade potato salad with onions, garlic and mustard base the way it’s supposed to be! Mac and cheese smoked… yeah smoked Mac and Cheese! Homemade Banana pudding to go didn’t even make it home.

The best part though, the customer service. Owned by the nicest hardworking family. Chatted with both the husband and wife tonight. Such good people and amazing service! The really aim to make your meal the best it can along with your experience, you won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to go back! Get you sommmeee!

De-licious!!! I stopped because I saw the sign and went in for a little something to get a sample of their flavor. The owner and staff were super friendly, and at the time, there was a live DJ on the patio creating a nice secluded clubhouse vibe while I waited. All I got was a couple of ribs (I requested no bbq sauce), and I was well satisfied.

An intimate out of the way smokehouse restaurant with that friendly neighborhood vibe. If you like smoked or barbecue you can’t get any better in Eugene. To add to the full experience there a small bar that may not have every liquor but puts out tastey cocktails. The staff was enthusiastic as was the owner/host.
I had the mixed plate that I got to choose 3 proteins and 2 sides. I had the fried chicken, pork ribs, pulled pork with cornbread and decadent macaronis and cheese. I was surprised at how much food I got for the price of $27. The price and ambience draws you in the food and atmosphere brings you back

Great portions. Got the 4 meat sampler. Chicken and ribs fell off the bone and were packed with flavor, as was the pulled pork. Beans and collard greens were my favorite sides. We will be back!

Service was a little slow since there was only the owner running the front and there a ton of takeout orders. SO GLAD we got the beignets for dessert, hot out of the fryer, tasting like New Orleans.

Chatted and shared laughs with the owner. Will be a returning customer, and can’t wait to try the catfish on a Friday night.

Wow. New Orleans forward Barbeque. The Barbecue sandwich is big. Pulled pork? Big meaty chunks of meat with a draft touch of smoke throughout. A complimentary slaw and a unique sauce, Cajun? Creole? I have never, in a Bar-B-Cue setting tasted such flavors. I like it.
I spoke with the owner. A man who knows his calling and is confident in his knowledge and abilities. As we were talking he said, “hold on, I’m going to let you taste the tritip. Tender with a good bite. I believe I enjoyed the beef over the pork. Man! I will be back
The Collards! I have eaten my fair share of collard greens in North Carolina. These greens here were the best I have eaten. Tender, firm, they hold their attention well with the pork. Yes!

Food and people here… A+
Ribs, pulled pork, greens,… I can’t imagine you would ever go wrong with anything served here. The desserts are impeccable. Can’t wait to try that fried chicken with the golden sauce. Portions are amazing and everybody raves about the mac & cheese. I just didn’t have enough space to do it all at once. Guy at the bar was on his third serving of mac.
The customer service here makes you feel like you’re at home. Ryan is not only super welcoming, but funny and sweet. The owner is super attentive and knows his industry. The owner chatted with my husband and I on our first visit and remembered us the following night. Bar is small, but the drinks, employees and regulars make it more than worthwhile. Wonderful people! I wish we would’ve tried this place sooner.
Can’t wait to find space to go back and try more food.

My wife and I had a real good experience here. Every meat offering was delicious, you can tell the owner puts a lot of pride into his craft. Sides are just as important as the meat themselves at a barbecue joint though, and his offerings were excellent. Had some good conversation with the owner and enjoyed a solid multi dish meal for an excellent value. To be honest, for four meat offerings and four sides, it more than filled up my wife and I and we were surprised it was so cheap in today’s inflationary environment.

If you’re looking for good barbecue in the PNW for an excellent value, with friendly service to top it off this is the place to go.

My husband and I had the absolute BEST experience here last night. We were greeted by the sweetest server who was so accommodating. She had just made fresh lime syrup for customized lime-aid. We immediately ordered a cherry lime-aid & raspberry lime-aid. (Both were delicious). We sat outside in the backyard under a huge tree with lovely lights hanging around the yard. We ordered the NW platter which gave us the widest selection of all the delicious food on offer. It included 4 meats, 4 sides and gumbo! Everything was hands down amazing! The chef came round to see how we liked everything and he was so friendly and nice too. Finished the meal with homemade banana pudding. If you are ever in Eugene you HAVE to make a stop here. You won’t be disappointed.

We’re becoming regulars at Davis NW Smokehouse because they are so consistent! Everything is always made right, fresh, and delicious. The service is top-notch and so accommodating every single time.

We have a son who needs a booster seat, and they always have one ready. Our other son is a picky drinker, and they always make sure he gets a Capri Sun — it’s those little thoughtful touches that make Davis NW worth coming back to again and again.

I wish them nothing but continued success. Can’t wait to bring my family who’s visiting Oregon to eat here too. Go Davis NW!

You need to try this place! The food was excellent, but the service was what stood out for us. Will Davis, the owner, personally waited on us and every table. He made everyone feel special. Even though it was our first time dining here, he treated us as if we were regulars. We ordered the ribs, but since they weren’t ready yet (we arrived right at 5pm when they opened) he said he would give us an order to go for free. Even though he was very busy, he made sure to greet every customer personally and made them feel special. We tried all the smoked meats and he even gave us a free fried chicken. The meats were cooked perfectly. The salad was huge, fresh and the perfect compliment to the meat. The sides were all great (loaded mashed potatoes, loaded mac n cheese, potato salad). We wanted to try the beignets, but were too full. Overall, one of the best and most enjoyable experiences I’ve had dining in Eugene. Our bill for 3 with 4 beers, came to $48! I left a 50% tip and still feel as if I got a great deal! You need to try this place!
