I order a cold cut footlong and a chicken bacon ranch footlong, when I got it it was sooooo messy and had so much sauce on it that it fell apart!!!! The bread was so sloppy and wet.

This place is gross. The people working behind the counter are nasty. The man asking my sandwich went to get a new thing of pickles. I asked him to replace his gloves before he continued with my sandwich, and he proceeded to get the few pickles out of the old container and put them on my sandwich without changing his gloves. It’s just gross and unprofessional. I walked out!

Bathroom sink didn’t work. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. The soda fountain barely had any drinks available. And mobile orders failed to work for me in store. This review is a personal reminder to go somewhere else.
Update: The Sprite dispenser had no syrup. The sandwich was at least made in front of me.

You simply need more than one employee. If you had another they should have stepped out and helped . I ordered for 4:20. Showed up at 4:30 and the kid was filling online orders from before mine for the people in front of me . Two people came in behind me. I finally left at 4:45. The meatballs burned him, and my sandwich was totally soaked ( by steam? Idk) when i got home. Maybe the trays are too hot.

everything about this subways makes me mad. from the rude employees to the sloppy sandwiches. not sure why this place is still in business. i went in a few minutes ago, got sandwiches & 3 cookies. one of the cookies seemed broken off or something, so i went in, told them basically i wasn’t trying to be a burden but. could i have a full cookie. she told me i had already touched it so no. what if i touched it outside in my car and brought it back & said no , why would you still sell it.

Please give people what they order. cookie was hard and dry. I know one of my sandwiches was missing mayo haven check the other ones yet. I can say the bread was much fresher but normally it’s dry and I mean crumbled dry.

Didn’t care for the service today. Both sweet and unsweetened tea were empty, when I asked if they had any tea all I got was a dry no. Some of the most unfriendly service I have encountered.

Since subway in Buena Vista, Georgia has reopened, customer service employees moral has gone down hill. I’m deeply disturbed of the handling of food for it is a high risk for somebody to get sick due to cross contamination.
I’ve witnessed workers not washing their hands before putting on gloves, handling other objects such as pans and bowls when dealing with customers food with same gloves on. The employees do not change the gloves when going into the back and handling other objects. As of tonight, the cutting boards were removed and they would place the wrappers on dirty medal counters covered in puddles of water and leftover food that remain from the day The employees did not consider cleaning it off. The meat I ordered to be cooked was not put on a bowl but put it on a folded rapper we are the meat kept falling off on the oven pan and repeatedly put back on by the employee when pieces fell. As the worker proceeded to complete my order, she took the wrapper from the counter, placed it on the labeled rapper and put it in my bag. I nodded my head and address the employee about the circumstances about cross-contamination. She replied thank you but I noticed her body language presented itself as she didn’t really care.
I know food service is tough, in a physical sense, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand how to prepare safe served food. It may not be the totality of all workers morality at the store but it certainly happens in the evening. Subway employees here in Buena Vista can do much better. I hope it doesn’t take a lawsuit and food poisoning for them to realize the circumstances of customer service and employee morality.
They need to find a quick resolution before someone gets hurt by low morality. I am not going back.

Would leave 0 stars if it would let me. Went to order food and stood there waiting 10 mins to order food while 2 workers stood there having a conversation with a friend and never even acknowledged me or my family to take our order. We walked out and let. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Worst service ever!

I didn’t like it that much..the lady was messing up everyone’s orders real bad and making her job harder than it actually was. I felt like she could’ve calmed down and taken a deep breathe and done a way better job
